- I only have been banking with MACU and AFCU for several years personal and business purposes. During those years I never have been discriminated for how I look, speak or how much money is in my bank account. They are a real troopers!!! - I have been banking for less than a year with KEYBANK and today I was able to see all the things that a BRANCH MANAGER and 3 employees never should do to a customer that walks into the branch in a need of help. They were impatient, discriminative, and very unprofessional (SPECIALLY THE MANAGER AND THE BLONDE GIRL 11/12/2021 BETWEEN 4:40 - 5 PM). I could write a full letter of my unpleasant visit to this specific branch, but they do not deserve more time than this. - Definitely this will be consider the worst customer service experience that I have had in years.

Horrible customer service! Would not even break a $100 bill for me without an account, with service like that I would never even consider banking with them. I would suggest another institution these guys are 👎

I chose Key Bank partly for their signup bonus. That, and the fact that the people who work at this location were great, earns them 2 stars. But Key Bank as an organization is mostly a bad experience, especially if you do online banking, as their website barely functions. Incidentally, I had also used the Taxact site for a long time and had no problems until this year, when apparently they partnered with Key Bank and use the same login system. This caused me to have endless problems with their website as well, and when I saw the Key Bank logo on their login page I realized why. So, be aware of this if you choose to use the services of either Key Bank or (now) Taxact.

Liz (Poch) has been the most amazing bank manager I've ever met. Truly dedicated to her clients and absolutely went out of her way to make sure that I had the banking experience I feel anyone deserves. Highly recommend this branch - more so this bank manager - to anyone who wants someone seriously as dedicated to their finances as they should be themselves.

I stopped by just needing to get some change and the teller told me that they only gave change to their members. Poor customer service, will never go back. I did go to US Bank just across the parking lot and they were more than happy to take care of me! Thanks US Bank!

Easy and mellow bank. Not rush in, buy some sort of "investment" or weird account and get pushed back out. Feels like a small town credit union in a good personal way.
