What a bunch of disrespectful dudes working behind the counter. 2 white dudes at 1045am talking badly about other customers and then me. Then continuing to pressure me about swiping my card annoyingly. Never coming to this ducks again

Claiming to be the leader in most sports. You would think, they'll have a great variety of basketball shoes, nope.... They only had two brands with 2 or 3 shoe styles. When I need something sports related this is usually my go-to. Bummed they didn't have more of a selection. On all other things, the store looked to be well stocked.

Stood in the store for 20 min asking for help and they pretty much just skiped me and helped all the white people who actually came after me. if your a person of color i would skip this place whatever they have target has just a couple stores over.

Completely disappointing. I was trying to purchase a weight set that was on sale for $200. I tried to buy it online but was only available in store. So I called the Chino store to make sure that they had inventory. They told me they had plenty in-stock. So I drove to the store only not to fine any on the floor. I asked Ismael an employee to help me find them. He told me that they were only available online . I showed him my phone where it said that it was an in store item. He said he was going to the back and check. A few minutes later he comes out telling me that the inventory he found was already sold. That he could not sell me any because they were already sold. And if I wanted a weight set I'd have to buy the sets that started at $350. Horrible customer service. If the weight sets had been sold they wouldn't not showed up as inventory Ismael you're a terrible employee and Horrible lier.

Great experience, did online shopping last night picked up at 8 as soon as they opened, store was very clean! Lots of indicators to stay 6' apart. Had my order in 1-2 mins!

This location is awesome. Employees are awesome. They actually hire athletes that really know what there talking about. The employees in pro shop in the golf section are great and always super nice and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you taken care of and genuinely care about the customer. So glad this store is near me and has become my favorite place to go for all my needs. 👍😊
