If Riverside Collision Repairs treats their paying guests half as well as they have treated me, there is no question I'd recommend them. I've called them twice near closing time, the first time to ask if they could do a repair job for me, and the second time to ask for advice when I ended up deciding because of budget and time restraints to do the repairs myself. Neither time were they put out or dismissive, and both times they went above and beyond to help me. With the last call I made, even after I explicitly told Logan I would be doing the repairs myself, he went out of his way to make sure I knew how to best do the repair, and even recommended some products I should use for the repair job. Thanks Riverside Collision Repair Staff! You've helped make a real downer into something more positive.

After my truck got into a fender bender we were looking desperately for a good auto repair shop. I really liked that Riverside Collision was an authorized agent for Farmer's insurance (which made things much easier) We had a fantastic experience with Riverside. The first person we talked to was very friendly and got is in the same day for the initial estimate. We worked with Logan for this repair job and he was great to work with. The estimate was almost exactly what the repair came out to be. They worked quickly to order parts and get our truck in so we could get it back on the road. They even finished the repair faster than they thought they would. The repair was flawless and it looked like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend Riverside collision and will plan on going there for more autobody needs!

I will gladly leave my review on top of the fat stack of 5-star reviews of this place. I was the victim of an unfortunate hit and run incident which knocked off my driver’s side rearview mirror. I came to this place and they glued it back on for no charge! The mirror still works, and its been almost 6 months now. If I ever need a body shop I know exactly where to go!

If you only want an emissions test, you probably want to go to a dedicated emissions testing site. I had a scheduled appointment and ended up there for 50 minutes. I've never had an emissions test take more than 10 minutes in the past. I gave a second star because the people at the front desk were kind and helpful.

After the first place I took my car wouldn’t work on it I took my car here after the accident. I can honestly say it was repaired better than it was before the accident. Staff was very helpful with repairs updates and getting my rental car situated. I met Ron personally he was very helpful and professional. Amazing work really happy to be back in my car. My daughter went to Riverside Collision today thinking something was wrong with her transmission. We live out of state so she was on her own to find a trustworthy auto repair facility. She 1st called me let me know the repairs could be as much as $1500. After an hour of their time diagnosing her car, she called me ecstatic because they found the issue and it was a $25 fix. They took an hour of their time, could have charged her so much more since she is young with no knowledge of cars and we are out of state. Thank you for being HONEST and ethical. And thank you to the sweet receptionist who was so kind to my daughter. You will have our business for life as well as the many others we will refer to you!

I want to thank Riverside Collision for all they did! I was told the repair for my vehicle would be 3 to 5days and they had it done in just 3 days! I was it from behind and the my bumper was damaged. They were able to repair my bumper and it looks brand new! Very impressed with the work they did, the friendliness of the staff, and I would recommend anyone to this location! Not only that, but I also have a phone holder up on my dash that my sister broke... they fixed that too! Just a real class act. Great people too. Many years ago we were driving through the deserts of Utah on a long road trip back to CA. Our AC went out in 114 degree weather. Since we were travelling we needed it repaired immediately. Ron was so kind and squeezed us in. He quoted us drastically less than the other place we inquired. He saved us so much money and time. I brought my car into Riverside Collision Repair over a year ago for an accident I was in. Riverside was the only shop I called that would get me in the day of and didn't treat me like I was inconveniencing them. They were very professional through the whole process and kept me updated and informed about the progress of my vehicle. It's been over a year now and I had some issues come up with the headlight that was replaced because an H9 headlight was put in instead of the 9012 that my car's wiring system is set up for (turns out this was no fault of theirs, it was a mistake made by the company that they purchased the parts from and an issue like that happening is pretty rare). After a frustrating session of trying to fix the issue myself I left a poor review for Riverside, because in my past experiences with businesses they will never take responsibility for an issue that arrises 1 year after they are involved. I was astounded when I got a call from Riverside about my review letting me know that they had no idea about this issue and wanted to do everything that they could to fix the issue because they take care of their customers. Businesses like this are rare these days, and I'm glad that Riverside talked over the issues with me in a very professional manner even when I was frustrated. Just after my experience with them on the phone I will recommend Riverside to anyone 10/10 times. UPDATE: riverside got me in so quickly and fixed the issue with the headlight. These guys take care of their customers.

I would never go anywhere else. Ron is the most honest mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He gets the job done quickly and correctly. I continue to be impressed with Ron and Clint and the crew at Riverside Collision repair! Ron is a honest as they come and that honesty and integrity to do the best job possible shows in all of their interactions. I first met Ron when a deer plowed into the side of my Chrysler 300C. My insurance company asked me to go to a specific body shop for a bid...which I did. I also got another bid and then someone recommended Ron at Riverside. Ron ended up doing superior work to what the other body shops described to me and saved me money at the same time. I joked with Ron that the lines on the Driver's Side (the side the Deer ran into) are now straighter and more perfect than the passenger side that came from the factory that way! More recently, my son was in an accident in his car and we went straight to Riverside. As expected, they did a fantastic job. But almost 2 months later the weather warmed up and we discovered that the electric radiator fans were not coming on and the car was heating up. After checking the fuses and not finding anything, I called Riverside and they had me bring it right down. They found a loose connection at the fans and had us back on the road the next day. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. You will not get better treatment or repair work for anyone else! Thanks Ron and Clint!

I don't write reviews, but Riverside Collision is -- without exception -- the best auto body and mechanical repair shop I've ever used. The owner, Ron Fox, is meticulous. Once we had a banged up car and when the insurance adjuster came out to look at it, he asked who we'd be using for repairs. I mentioned Riverside and he basically just put everything away and said, "Well he's the best I've ever seen; and he never over-charges." I agree. And when it comes to engine service or repair, I never have to worry that the mechanic will recommend unnecessary work. Riverside is set up in such a way that there's no incentive for a mechanic to recommend a repair you don't need. For parts, they show you precisely what everything costs them and what they'll charge you for it. The only surprises I've ever had from Riverside have been charges that were less than Ron originally quoted. It's nearly impossible to find this level of competence combined with such personal service and such absolute honesty. This place goes way above and beyond for its customers. I'd never go anywhere else.

Ron did a great job repairing my Audi S5. He was very particular and considerate when recommending the best way to go about fixing my car which I really appreciated and then even washed and waxed my car before delivering it back to me so that I could easily view the finished product (paint and body work). I was very impressed with how he does business and especially repairs! Highly recommend!

Riverside is the absolute best autobody shop in Utah. Whether you are in need of repairs, servicing your car, customizing your car, etc. These are the only people I would ever trust. They have repaired my car multiple times, serviced it, and done some custom work in which I could not be more pleased. They will take incredible care of your car and make it look brand new again, while doing it all at a fair price. Trust me, Ron and his team are your people when it comes to taking care of your car.
