I like this family dollar and been coming here since I’ve lived here but their very unreliable they are always closing before closing time. It’s pretty irritating because most of the people that shop in this store live locally and a lot of people walk there. And I would hate to have walked all the way there and they aren’t open like it’s supposed to. Soo inconsiderate and very inconsistent.

Seriously the CLEANEST and neatest FD I’ve ever been to. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The store itself is impeccably stocked and has more products to choose than the one I used to go to. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Love this place.

I was at this Family Dollar for the first time last night looking for some face products, though I did not find what I was looking for I had a very good shopping experience. This Family Dollar is by far the cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I have been to! I couldn’t believe I wasn’t tripping over stuff on the floor like at all the other ones. I wish I would have gotten the cashier’s name, she was such a sweet girl. She was a younger native girl. She had such a nice attitude, she was greeting everyone with a huge smile while she was sweeping the store and singing her heart out. This was so much better than what I’m used to at other Family Dollars. Keep up the good work!!!

Unfortunately they're not enforcing the mask MANDATE to their employees. I asked the girl with glasses if she had a mask and she just said "huh" and proceeded to not put one on. *Edit they're allowing customers in without masks as well no social distancing measures. Awesome way to protect customers in a PANDEMIC

This store is not enforcing the use of masks or social distancing! Not only are several customers entering the store without face coverings but the employees are without masks as well! And one customer asked the employee to wear a mask but the request was ignored. Come on Family Dollar enforce and follow your rules!

This store is horrible, worst shopping experience of my life the clerks or employees will follow you around the store for no reason whatsoever treat you like a two-time convicted felon not to mention they're always out of stock on all product. Plus the store is a mess, I walked out and seen what seemed to be a syringe needle which most likely was used for drugs I wouldn't blame the franchise tho, but the neighborhood it's placed in isn't the best of location to pick for a store that's named "FAMILY DOLLAR" that being said you should come visit the town of Guadalupe!!!

The young lady Lisa I believe, who was working was there herself and was new. Though she came across some difficulties she remained calm and in control. The patrons cheered her on for a difficult job well done. Kudos Lisa!!!!

I live in the area and this place always get robbed or messed up but the employee seem nice. The price is sometimes overpriced for certain products.

The staff is either really good or really bad...there is no middle. It is fairly well stocked and they honor price matching. Worth the trip, but go in the day time if you are a nervous creature. I have seen managers pursue shoplifters running out with jugs of Tide soap. 😂

Always has what I'm going for, but if soley based on customer service I wouldn't go back. No hello, did find everything ok, no eye contact, not even a fake smile, your lucky if you get a thank while they hand you your change without counting it back to you. Wrong job to have if you're not outgoing, people person, any kind of social skills. I believe the only reason people go back is convenience, or unless Rita is First or head cashier.
