In the middle of shopping, I had an urgent need to use the restroom, and when I asked the staff for access to it, I was told that customers were not allowed to use the restroom, and that I would have to go to another store in the strip mall. I had to leave my basket of items, and hunt down another store's public restroom, while still needing to use it in a hurry. It was an EXTREMELY inconvenient situation, not to mention physically uncomfortable. Yet, it could have been avoided by a simple unlocking of a door. It was not good business. Especially considering that I chose to spend my money in the OTHER store, and never returned to Citi Trends to purchase the cart FULL of merchandise left behind! Management should seriously reconsider their policy on refusing the restrooms to their customers. It is not at all beneficial... either way you look at it. And, I, for one, will not be back until the policy is revised, and I can shop without running the risk of getting a bladder infection, or experiencing the embarrassment of a grown woman pee-pants catastrophe! 😒 Ummm..No.

I needed some scrubs to wear while assisting with caregiving for a sick family member. Not only did Citi Trends have some very cute ones to choose from they were also at a good price. I even found some on clearance. I am a very satisfied customer.

Store was very clean, everything was easily accessible, and last but not least, the manager extremely friendly even though she was in the mist of hanging and unpacking things, she stopped to make sure if I needed help

Today is June 15th and they have more winter clothes available than summer. But the cashier was friendly and helpful.

Went looking hoping to find some scrubs. Wanted to surprise my daughter. Was surprise to find them abd they were reasonably priced. Brought 3 sets plus found some other great deals. The young lady who check me out was so nice. Will be back.

The staff here is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! One of the associate's even went thru extra trouble to open a fitting room that the lock was broken! They appreciate their customers. I can't say the same for the staff at the Roebuck location. Extra dry & rude at Roebuck! But you will have a good experience here!

Every time I go in there it’s a friendly environment and great customer service. The lady manager with the glasses is very nice &’ it’s a young man specially dark skin wears a vest sometimes he’s the most sweetest ever ! I go back so much because of the service . You guys keep it up ❣️
