Flew in town from VA, and the airport didn't send our luggage. Ross had stylish clothes for me to wear to my cousin's wedding meet n greet. Staff was very polite.

I showed up right before the store closed, and, even though they must have been BEYOND ready to leave, the staff was still kind enough to give me a few extra minutes to finish up my speed-shopping. 🛒💨 Thanks for the grace, ladies! And for not making me feel bad, or evil-eyeing me even once! Lol Much appreciated! (It's the little things.😉)

Worst place I’ve ever walked into!! I couldn’t get out fast enough. I bought nothing! I was afraid I’d bring home roaches or something to the hotel in the bag! What’s happening to this area is heartbreaking. It’s nasty and reminded me of areas full of homeless and drug addicts. Good lord…. Clean up the trash surrounding your building and entrance at least!!! Wish I could give Negative Stars!

When I spend my money. I can over look the shoes on the floor instead of the shoe rack. I can also over look the clothes rack almost bare. But poor customer service gets no pass from me.... Although the customers should have shown more respect then to completing run threw this store and leave such a large & absolute cleaning challenge for this Ross team. The Great customer service and pleasant attitude of the young ladies working tonight made my shopping experience wonderful. I give you all 5 more stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
