Typically, I have a great experience. Today was a different story. Whoever was working the self-checkout on the grocery side at 2:00 PM today needs to be fired or given a different position, like stocking, so she's not interacting with the public very much. Not only was she rude and condescending, but she was a slow as a sloth. Even another customer, who was waiting for her to fix the register, said, "Is she ever coming back?" She was extremely rude to me, and I'm a Shipt shopper. I've never been talked to or treated that way by a Target employee. This person does not meet Target standards, as far as I'm concerned.

Love this Target! It is very clean and huge. I asked if they sold iPods in the store and the friendly guy from electronics went to the back and brought me one out. He was friendly and helpful. The girl selling AT&T service was really friendly also. She went and got us help and told us all about the services they have. Will definitely come back and shop at this location. We got some lunch boxes on clearance too

Went in, older African American lady wearing glasses said something to her coworkers as they both turned and stared after her talking, then when leaving, my wife was by the self checkout standing still and looking at Valentine's stuff, and the lady yelled, "We are closed!", I thought she was telling someone that walked in because she yelled so loud, come to find out, she was talking to my wife. My wife asked if she was screaming at her and the lady replied "I was telling you that the registers are closed in self checkout, my wife said that she was not near the rope and was standing still and looking at candy. The lady then gets closer to my wife and my wife tells her to not get closer as she's afraid of contacting COVID. The lady keeps advancing. We tell the manager and this lady walks by and says loudly "Oh my god". The manager says that he will talk to her, they then go walking and laughing. As they get done, this lady, for reasons unknown, comes down the register aisle behind us, and gets as close as she can. She did it to be a jerk. This lady gets multiple complaints (As told to me by numerous managers) and yet she keeps her job. She's the absolute rudest person at this store, she hates doing her job, and she has zero customer service skills. This lady is constantly rude. And even though target may not care, I will not be going to this store. Me and my wife are seeking out advice on the next step to take as during a pandemic, no employee should be advancing on customers after yelling at them. And to prove my point, target has video and sound so they could easily verify if I'm lying or not

By far the WROST TARGET the employees are the worst the store hasn’t been right since Jermey left. I will go to 280, homewood or do pick up before I set foot in there. They also have cheap produce.

After speaking with someone in Bakery who confirmed they could and would make my son's 10 birthday cake. They stop answering the phone all together. I see why they are losing customers.
