Kohls is awesome. From major coupons to a clean we'll stocked store, I am never disappointed when I go into here. A healthy mix of store brand/name brand, everyone should be able to find something in there budget.

Associates working in customer service/Amazon returns on 7/7/22 @ 3pm are rude and lack customer service. First associate finished dealing with the customer she was with and then proceeded to exit the counter for lunch/break and not tell the people in line anything! Had to ask was anyone else coming to assist. She nodded towards another lady fooling around with carts. The other associate continue to move carts back and forth as if that were more important than the customers. She FINALLY made her way behind the counter without a greeting, thank you for waiting, or anything! Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!

Staff is great! Some specifically could be worked on, for example one of the managers, but all in all would come just for Amazon returns. The clothes are cute, but the junior section has clothes that are too grown.

Customer service attendant was beyond rude when I came to pick up an item.I seem to irritate her by standing and waiting for someone to bring my purchased item from the back, as if it was my fault! Because of her rudeness ,I will not be ordering on line from this store ever again. Thanks !

I went in prob abt 30 minutes before closing to do Amazon return. Employees were all very nice and helpful. I of course got sidetracked by the clearance section. I did my best to hurry because I know from working retail by the end of night you are ready to go home. However, they all had great attitudes and gave helpful opinions. Everything was priced and marked well. Found some really need one of a kind items at great prices. A cool boardgame that is based around the original " Back to the Future " movie and a neat brownie mix kit that came with its own mini cast iron skillet. My son loved both and I got both items together for under $25. That's a good deal in my opinion. I always come to this Kohl's and never had a bad experience restrooms are clean and store is well organized and clean as well. Always have great sales. Will be back:)
