If it was possible to give it a 0, I would. The pharmacy staff is beyond ignorant and rude! Every month there is always an issue with a prescription! The only way to get meds filled is to constantly check with staff!! In addition to this, the pharmacy is closed on weekends and when they have a staffing issue. Imagine that, you can't get your medications because of poor staffing!!!!

Every month there is a problem with the Pharmacy. Staff have become rude and unprofessional. I have had the same script for years and they still cannot fill it properly or follow up with requesting refills from the doctor's office. They are now closed on the weekends and whenever they do not have staff. I've given them too many chances and now transferring to another pharmacy all together.

I get a call that my script is ready, drive there to find out the pharmacy is closed. The girl at the front checkout could not even tell me where the closest store is. This is a got to have script. Time for a new pharmacy. Walgreens cares nothing for the customer. 11/2/21 Went there again against my better judgement and another lovely experience. This store is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Very glad I am moving and will not be going there again. Good old corporate America caring less and less about the people that spend their money with them.

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. And it’s not just one person or on one occasion, it’s a constant issue. Most recently, I tried to get my medications transferred to another location and they told me I needed to have my doctor’s office call another pharmacy in order to transfer. I had dealings with other Walgreens locations and they’re not much better.

Booked a Covid test for my teenage daughter online. Drive up pharmacy was closed, went in to see what was going on & was told the pharmacy was closed today...no sign on the door, nothing on the website & still allowing people to book Covid tests on the website is just bad customer service.

Every month is an issue with the same exact prescription and same exact insurance. Nobody answers in pharmacy.

Store is well organized and easy to shop. Always a wait in line as they never have enough cashiers. Wait times at the pharmacy counter are always very long with not enough associates to provide a good level of service.

The pharmacy decided to close for the entire day on a Friday. I found this out the hard way when I went to pick up my prescription. No signs. No notices. The people at the front desk had no idea why it was closed.

I ABSOLUTLY LOVVE THIS PLACE OF PHARMACIE THE WOMAN N MEN ARE THE BEST IVE HAD THRU ALL THE YRS IVE BEEN GOING HERE N IT JUST GETS BETTER ALL THE TIME !!!! I don’t EVER N WOULD NEVER CHANGE MY PHARMACIE !!!! The girls ALL OF THEM KNO ME AND ARE SOOOO VERY PLEASENT N PERFESSIONAL I LOVE THEM !!!!!
