pharmacies probably shouldn't close early seeing as how you provide life sustaining medication. hope your employees enjoyed the nice weather.

I will never buy anything from the refrigerated section of this CVS since it is FILTHY. I considered myself one of the best customers at this CVS for over 10 years, but since working there, I saw how UNSANITIZED this CVS is, especially since COVID precautions. Not only is the refrigerated section totally unsanitary, but the cashier counters are RARELY sanitized, and the SELF check outs NEVER sanitized. Putting up their signs that say "Customer Safety is our #1 Priority", I guess they figure that that covers it. First thing when coming in, I sanitized handles on refrigerated sections and cashier counters. Cleaning these areas I saw how filthy they were from paper towels. The plexiglass dividers were NEVER sanitized (I did since I saw dried droplets and "other things running down") Cashiers were NEVER told to sanitize, but were repeatedly told to SELL CAREPASSES!! over and over again, but never told to sanitize customer area. It bothered me that masks were obviously worn day after day without being washed, obviously dirtier day after day. Would be simple to tell employees to wear a new one (which were provided plenty free). Since SELLING CAREPASSES is more important than sanitizing customer areas or wearing clean masks among other obvious non-sanitary areas, I will be going to Walgreens right across the street, which I find more sanitary (not to mention friendly) and they don't have self checkouts that are NEVER cleaned.

My husband and I went to get our shots today. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Donna deserves the credit. She was amazing and friendly thank you for having her there to give the shots. Hopefully she will be there for our second shot!!

My wife just had a baby and I needed to grab her medication as well as A and D cream for my son. Understandably I’m a little disheveled. We just got back from the hospital and the pain of her c section is setting in. Getting the medication was easy and the pharmacist was very nice. However, when I struggled to find the A and D cream I asked the woman at the counter where it was at. She literally saw me running around in aisle 5 looking for it for at least a couple minutes. Her response was flatly “aisle 5” and stared at me. I had to ask the pharmacist for help locating it, which she did with a smile. This person was working at the front desk at 1:30 pm on 4/5/21 in a grey sweatshirt. I just would expect that if you work at a CVS you might have to help people that are in a hurry or in need.

I used to go to this store since 2014 because I live on the same street. I feel the new staff is so mean and rude in my last few visits. I have noticed they do not bother to use all the coupons CVS give us in the app. We have to ask them to use those coupons all the time. They do not guide us properly. The coupon center does not work most of the time (Yesterday was not working). Yesterday, I had 1 day expired $4.5 extrabucks. All the time, they were allow me to use 1 to 2 days expired extrabucks. This time, they took my $4.5 extrabucks printed without apply and used my another $5 online extrabucks on my purchase. I have wasted my $4.5 extrabucks. I felt so bad when I realized. I were used to purchase so many things from CVS because of the deals plus regular my babies stuff. But, now I would really hesitate to go into the store, unless emergency, because of no staff cooperation and does not know to do right stuff at all.

Waited 3 days to go get my Covid test, Waited in line for over an hour only to be told "no one confirmed my appointment this morning, so my lab sticker didn't get printed and now the printer isn't working, so you're going to have to reschedule." Which means another 3 days wait and who knows if they're going to screw it up again. Everything about this experience shows total incompetence.

Great pharmacy but i had the worse experience yesterday 3-10-2020 with an employee name Jonathan works in the pharmacy department. He was very rude and very disrespectful in front of my 9 year old daughter. He had no respect that my 9 year old daughter was very sick and in front of me while he going back and forth with me being very disrespectful. So disappointed. To the Point that my daughter left crying. Never will I go back if that young man is working there

Do not go to this cvs pharmacy. They kept me there for an hour and told me to go around the building while they tried to figure out my coupon - mind you I’ve picked up the same prescription there before with same coupon. They wouldn’t honor the coupon saying it was only valid for 1 month when I’ve been using it for 3 years and it’s always $25 for 3 months. I called my old cvs pharmacy In Pawtucket and they said that they don’t know why they wouldn’t honor it and they said the coupon works $25 for 3 months - it’ll be ready in 15 minutes come pick it up. This cvs doesn’t want to help you and wants to charge you more. They don’t read the coupon and don’t try to help you out. Made me late to work & made me waste an hour of my day and running around. Ridiculous!

Wide-open small-scale CVS. It has a drive through and pharmacy. It's solidly ok with nice staff. But it's never really busy so they don't have a ton of stuff or great deals.
