Scheduled 2 different appointments, 1 for boarding , 1 for grooming. When I got there they said that they have no room for my dog...what? but I scheduled it. They said sorry you must have mad a mistake and called somewhere else. The intake person said not only did I have a reservation but I also had a grooming scheduled. They finally let him stay only cuz I had already scheduled vacation plans without him. When I picked my dog up he wasn't groomed. I called on that Monday and they said he was never scheduled for grooming. Ok. Why did you bath him instead then? Later I scheduled a grooming. They called my wife after I dropped him and said I had to come back and pick him up...immediately! I was too late when I dropped him. What? You didn't say anything when I was there. AND I wasn't late...you were late coming out to the waiting room to take him in! All they could ever say on there schedule mistakes was SORRY. No accommodating alternatives at all. Worst service ever! And I was at fault never their mistake. Pretty sure I know how to call and schedule an appointment. Whatever!! If they are the last groomer in the state he's not going back!

I am very happy with my most recent visit to Central Bark to get my dogs groomed. Everybody was pleasant on the phone when scheduling and went out of their way to pick up the dogs from my car and bring them back outside. I had young children with me and I really appreciate them going above and beyond to make things easiest for my situation! They did a beautiful job with my dogs and they didn't seem overly stressed or anxious when I picked them up! We definitely recommend Central Bark for grooming services and will be back!

The facilities are clean, the employees are professional, and the pricing is competitive. However, what really sets Central Bark apart is the genuine care towards the animals that I have observed from the staff and management on many occasions. It can be a little scary dropping your pet off at a new day care, whether for a day or a series of overnights, but Central Bark has always done a fantastic job of taking care of our dog. Really an A+ operation.

A caring, professional staff takes very good care of your pets. My dog is a puppy mill rescue and is always very frightened of unexpected situations. She always does well at Central Bark and I feel very comfortable leaving her in such a well organized and friendly place.

We have been using Central Bark for 3 years now and our Lola loves going to play. Bob and Cathy are so great with our doodle. Even when Lola has done overnights at CB we never worry about her, they give her lots of snuggles. They celebrate birthdays and always post tons of photos on social media.

Central Bark is the best Doggy Day Care! We utilize their Enrichment Doggy Day care services & my little guy is beyond excited when I pull in their parking lot & he realizes where we are🤗. Our Yorkie just recently spent his first sleepover where he spent 2 nights & 3 days. Again, Central Bark gets an A+++ for this service as well!!! I took my VERY anxious dog to Central Bark for grooming. He's very bad around new people and other dogs, so I was nervous taking him some place new. As soon as we walked in, the man greeting us understood the anxiety and sat down on the floor to allow my dog to approach him. I couldn't ask for a better experience and for my dog to be treated better. They were amazing!

We are so happy we found Central Bark for our dog! The staff are wonderful and they take great care of our dog. We love the photos they post during the day of our dog playing and having fun. Their early hours make it easy to drop her off before work and we can be stress free throughout the day knowing she's in good hands.
