Called this morning to set up boarding for my cat and whoever picked the phone up immediately hung up on me. Didn’t even greet me, just picked the receiver up and put it back down. I then called back only to be told that “they’re just busy and will have to call me back.” Called at 9:15 and it’s now 1pm with no call back. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Obviously, you’re too busy for new clients. 👎

I always enjoy bringing Bentley in whether it's a routine visit or an issue he's having. I know that he will receive top rated care and the office staff is always so welcoming and friendly.

The doctor was good I liked him but the medication that I got to help my dog cost 35.00 for a few drops and it does not seem like enough to help out with his infection and I will have to buy some more so thats another 35.00.

I had a 4 week old puppy who hit her head. They got me in right away and took care of her. On top of checking her out, they had to bottle feed her and monitor her.

This was the first time getting our standard poodles groomed here. Since it was our first time they required a stool specimen plus because of the size of their facility they also required the influenza vaccine for the dogs. Note that the influenza vaccine also requires a booster 2 to 4 weeks after. As for the grooming we were extremely satisfied with the groomer and the care of the dogs. They did a fantastic job on the poodles. We'll definitely be back to have them groomed and we were satisfied with the price.

I will drive 25+ miles to take Apollo and Delphi to a doc I can trust and cost effective. They take their time with your fur babies. And the door is always open for your emergencies. But in my case it really wasnt an emergency it was my over protectiveness. But they make sure you and your fur baby are comfortable and happy. Thank you! We will be back!!!

We have been going to see Dr. Hicks for the last 11 years. Sadly we had to put down our almost 16-year-old beloved cat Duchess last week. We appreciate the compassion we were shown, and knowing that all was done that could have been done. Caring employees.

I never write reviews but I feel that I need to warn people about this vet. They only have one vet on staff and when he is not there they use temp vets. It is extremely hard to get in for an appt even when animal is sick. Have to wait a month when dog is in pain and this has happened multiple times. Most recently I called saying my dog had an ear infection. 2 weeks to get an appointment. Okay, fine I know every one is short staffed and I really try to be understanding. Then the day before I was called and they said the temp vet cannot see large dogs and I have a 60 lb lab so will have to be rescheduled. How can you be a vet and not be able to see a lab?! They said they would call me back to reschedule and never even called back-no follow up. Clearly they don't care that my dog is in pain. I had already waited 2 weeks and my dog was in pain I really didn't want to wait any longer. I called the next day and got in at another vet and was treated with much better service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET.

Been going here for many years with so many different pets. Their boarding and grooming is too notch and Dr. Hicks always takes care of his patients like they were his own pets. I highly recommend using this for all boarding, grooming, and pet care. You won’t find a better place.
