First Off, I am not a review writer. I just want to share my experience about my local Dairy Queen on RT18 and RT 71 in Medina Twp. I have been going there since I was a kid with my dad for an ice cream or a burger from time to time, but have not been inside to eat for years due to covid and life in general. The last several years have been basically stopping at the drive through and be on your way. My kids wanted DQ for lunch the other day and asked if we could eat inside. I thought sure why not! The dining area was extremely clean. Gretchen took our order and made you feel right at home. I even had a chance to chat with the owner while he took his lunch break. It is nice to see owners that are so actively involved with their business. My kids especially liked the soda machine they have at the counter. It must have over 100 or more different choices! The dairy Queen at Northland drive in Medina Ohio is always very well staffed. I have never had an order that was screwed up. The most important thing is they're always pleasant.

As always great ice cream the young adults where to busy with their friends to realize they forgot to make our order. The one young lady seems to be the only one working.

This is by far my favorite Dairy Queen. I can't even explain how awesome this place is and how much better they are than any other dairy queen. We drive here to go to the dog park and we are always sure to stop for lunch on the way home. The food is always fresh and hot. The burgers taste way better than other Dairy Queens. They are juicy and not dry. The buns are not stale. You have to wait for the fries to cool down before you eat them! Which is quite different than literally any other fast food restaurant. They offered my dog a "pup cup" for my dog when I usually have to purchase a small ice cream at the Dairy Queen by my house. I don't know if other Dairy Queens are lacking or if this Dairy Queen is just going above and beyond but either way I appreciate their efforts and will continue to stop by for lunch.

Just grabbed a crazy slushie it was poppin and so was the mango one. Pretzel app and onion rings very fresh even tho ordered at the window. Thank you

If they raise their prices any higher on their ice cream cakes you'll need a bank loan to buy one. Unfortunately for me, it's the only cake my dad wants on his birthday. Good flavor on the cakes, but they are skimping on the toppings, shrinking the size and raising the prices.

We pulled up and they were closing and still let us order. Great staff. Our grandbaby got sick while we were waiting on the food and we pulled up and my husband went back and they had everything ready. The food was hot and fresh and great. Thank you for everything ❤
