Absolutely horrible driver riding in the left lane on the turnpike going 10 miles under the speed limit the entire time. No option to pass because they were driving next to a truck going the same speed. I'm only on the turn pike for one exit and I spent the entire time stuck behind this person with people behind me flashing their high beams. Maybe Panther should hire people that know how to drive! It's after midnight, it's not like it's difficult to navigate with how little traffic there is.

Don’t go threw Michael Allen wa threw the panther company because he will not pay you my husband worked for him and he isn’t worth the risk! My husband left for a better job because Mike didn’t pay him sometimes or cheated him on money! Didn’t pay him his last check that he said my husband would get then when we tried contacting him he ignored us and wouldn’t even reply I hope no one works for him because I don’t want anyone cheated on money

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE BUT TO PANTHER AKA ARC. DRIVERS AND FLEET OWNERS BEWARE. THEY LIE AND FIND ANYWAY TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. DONT DO IT. JUST DONT. IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM "Sarah" from Panther. I already did speak to several of your departments including fleet experience. That is why I left this 100% honest and accurate review. Don't try to save face to the public pretending to care or want to resolve my issues. SMH.

I am going to say the honest truth about this company. I was hired in at the end of 2021 and was hearing some great things about this company Prior to being hired. Well if you except a job from them, then you accept the fleet owners offer. Be prepared to spend your own money if you have any in your savings or checking account. Because they will pay you hardly anything for your first paycheck. That first check would cover one months phone bill. That’s how small it is. Expect to be stranded in another state without any money for gas, food, or lodgings. Then to make it even better. Don’t look for another paycheck to come into your banking account. I was pregnant, starving on the road, having to fight for loads and to get gas to heat the van in negative degree winter weather. Had break, fuel pump and power steering failing. Then all four tires needing to be replaced. With the fleet owner know it was going on. Then saying it can wait to be worked on. Used my own saving to put gas into the tank many, many times and never received reimbursement. So honest if you are ready to lose your home, have to apply for food stamps, start a lawsuit against this company and whole host of other things. Be a driver for Panther. I wish you all the luck if you do.

I have been driving with Panthers for a few months now Everyone I've talked to on the phone are very pleasant. I'm not use to the Truckers way of living. Kudos to all y'all. Nothing bad really to say about this Company. I've enjoyed seeing different States☺️. This was truly the Greatest Amaizing experience for me. Worked with panther last 5 months with a larger fleet owner in a tractor solo and was as busy as I could possibly want to be. Pay is fair and the fleet owner was able to finance a lease for me so today I picked up my truck and am looking forward to the opportunities panther has given me! I see a ton of comments that don’t directly apply to panther and instead apply to the fleet owners so take those with a grain of salt! Panther has kept me busy every day and communications has been awesome! If you don’t get them on the phone right away, I simply text and send a QC message. They get back to me fairly quickly! I work very well with dispatch and find them better than other companies that I work with! If you are finding the staff difficult to work with, and always having issues with pay seriously evaluate your attitude and work ethic and if that’s not the issue consider changing the fleet owner you work for! I know that for me, the freedom panther and my fleet owner has offered me has been life changing for the better! I also credit both of them for making my dreams come true! Thank you panther and I look forward to continuing our relationship!

If you're a trucker, you know trucking can be a very unpredictable line of work. Though Panther isn't perfect, it's definitely a place where drivers can predict their own success in the trucking industry. I am more than happy working with Panther over the last 4 years. They definitely go above and beyond to keep drivers happy. If you're willing to be a safe and responsible driver, Panther will be more than willing to compensate you for your professionalism. Of my almost 9 years of driving OTR, I have yet to come across a company worth leaving Panther for.

Lots of trucks with not enough freight. The staff though is polite and can be helpful. Expect to be on hold 10-120 minutes trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone. *edit* All of the above is true still, but Panther will also step up and help you if you are in need, people there are generally nice. I had to get a different truck because of bad mechanical problems that were in affordable and Panther put up 80% of my down payment with no strings attached. I will be forever grateful, even if I decided to move on I’ll still recommend Panther. Just keep in mind it’s expedite. Crazy load schedules.
