Ordered a Big Mac , I said hold the pickle! BUT! I Got a Big Mac with pickle ! They handed it to me with a paper taped to it saying NO PICKLES! The lady at window #1, repeated no pickles , she wrote no pickles and then the other lady at window #2 looked at me and also said no pickle ! But lowe and behold, there sure as hell was "Pickle's", on the dam sandwich! W.T.F. is going on ???It's so sad how poor people follow directions or orders nowadays! It's also sad how undependable and bad customer service personnel at the stores are as well ! But otherwise , the food was ok! It is McDonalds after all!

The place was unusually messy. Napkins all over the counter by the drink machines. There were 3 tables that had used trays and trash on them. (90% of the blame goes to the lazy people who ate there) We had iced tea and shared a large fry. Very good Kid-friendliness: There were 3 small kids in the play area. They sounded like they enjoyed it very much

Came in around 7 a little wait cas they focus on the drive through more than lobby. But the food was hot.

I did a mobile order had to wait 10 minutes no big deal, but when I got my order sandwichs and pies just throwed in bags, and these people want more per hour

This was absolutely the worst McDonald's that I've ever been in. I was traveling in Ohio and just wanted a little burger and fries for lunch. I walked into the building and nobody but staff was in there. Did not see anyone but heard all this arguing and yelling at each other. Finally a girl took my order as the yelling continued. There we people coming in mad as could be because their order that they ordered to go was totally wrong. They were sill fussing and arguing when I left. I got to the car and checked my order and was not even the sandwich I ordered. I will never go there again.

Good place to stop at in a pinch, foods normally fresh which is hit or miss at most fast food establishments. Thankfully they normally do a good job. Only complaint is the long lines in the drive through. Which can be inconvenient.

This is a really good McDonald's honestly. There's hardly ever people in line they're very speedy and they're actually really friendly too. I always have a plain cheeseburger and anytime I go anywhere else they always end up making it regular but I've never had a problem at this store at all. My order has always been correct and very prompt. I do recommend this McDonald's...

This is an okay McDonald's not amazing but mostly better then the rest I have been too. They are kind and for the most part very friendly. However the soul reason I am giving them 3 stars is in all the years I have been going there they have gotten my order wrong more then right. Always check the bag before you leave.

I have to give this McDonalds a shout out!!! They are always so busy, but they always do a great job on our orders! We go there probably 4 or 5 times a week at least, and our orders are always correct!!! Thanks, McDonald’s! It’s difficult getting all those orders correct all the time.
