Mold on the yogurt and the manager asked me to leave with not even a refund, no public bathrooms.. my normal location is amazing.. locally owned, this owner is a joke

This grocery outlet is the BEST at finding vegan cheese at amazing prices! Everywhere else in town is $5+ but here I can get my faves (follow your heart, Plant a head, etc) or try new brands without breaking the bank! Sometimes it can be a little cutty with interesting people in there, but everyone seems to mind their business for the most part. With hard financial times hitting everyone right now, im very thankful that a place like this exists in town.

Typical of Grocery Outlets, this location has some great deals on basics and unusual overstock merchandise. Unfortunately, like other Grocery Outlet locations I visited recently, the toothpaste department was nearly empty.

This is such a nice store right where everything else is so expensive. Love the drink and grocery selections! Will come back every time I visit Santa Cruz

I really like coming to this store and shopping here. The only issue is that they don't always have everything they had the last time. Some Grocery Outlets DO have the same things all the time, well SOME of the same things, all the time. This store DOES have some of the same things all the time, but not as many as some of the other Grocery Outlets. It IS still my favorite place to go shopping NOW though, for everything I CAN get THERE, and then I will get the rest of my needs at Safeway or wherever... But I start here. Especially with prices these days, and they are only going HIGHER too, so buy all the food you can NOW! If you can afford to stock up, do it, and get whatever you can! FOOD THAT KEEPS! It's going to get bad.

I don't usually shop at Grocery Outlet. I did go in last week, I was nearby. I bought a few things. 2 cans of Bell brand black olives. They were a weird color and squishy. Gross I threw them out. I saved a little money but it wasn't worth it.

I love this place. There are always some good deals that may not be there the next time I visit but plenty of them are. There are always good deals. Sometimes special items. Friendly place. Good staff. Easy parking. A pretty good organic produce section, excellent cheese and dairy selection. It’s not the first place I shop but it’s very fun to go there. Also the people that work there are pretty nice. They offer things that I would never find at Trader Joe’s or Costco. I would never step go inside of that Safeway Across the street The only weird thing is they have EV/commuter parking but everybody else parks there as well. I don’t know 🤷♂️
