Rented online. I'm 5 hrs away. Tried to fill out lease agreement. But kept getting rejected. Have tried 6 different times. Called customer service to get resolved. They told me not to worry about it. That I could do so in person as soon as possible. I explained wouldn't be able to get there for a couple weeks. In mean time I recieve two to three emails a day saying I need to sign lease documents as soon as possible. I've asked to be put thru to office on site. But that's not working either. I'm driving there in a week with a truck load. I pray there won't be any issues when I get there. Being they took my money when I made reservation. Will let u all know what happens. Well went to move our stuff out of storage to find out that roof leaked water in our unit. Lots of water damage to our expensive furniture. We took pictures of all the water soaked boxes and furniture. Went to office to complain. Gave us a form to submit. No apologies for what happend or anything. Was told that the girl in office was new. And to come back weekdays when manager was there. Read paper work to file claim. They need original purchase receipts in our furniture. But guess what all the damage ruined not only furniture but all of paper work to everything we have. Took pics. They only asked for 5. I have 20 to 30 pics. But still want original receipts. No word back from company yet. Very disgusted with this place and heart broken over our very nice damaged furniture. Then to top it off. I canceled my unit moved everything out before next month's rent. And they sent me a bill for time I wasn't even there. I guess my next step is to hire a lawyer. I highly recommend you don't use this facility. Boxes were also shredded from some kind of creature getting in unit from back wall were you can put your hand thru and outside unit. Again very very disgusted

Horrible place horrible service property manager never answers calls or emails and spent 2 days going to property trying get someone to help fix the problem no luck. Rented a 10×10 got my unit # pull up its not a 10×10 there's a lock on it and so.eo es belongings inside. Had to get my bank refund my money cause no one with this company could or would help.

Terrible company. The whole row of units that our space is in was broken into and countless valuable / sentimental items were stolen. The gate has been left unlocked / open for days. Management just shrugged their shoulders and have not returned any phone calls. Don't waste your money / risk losing your things. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

I have rented from Metro Storage for 4 years now. IStorage is the new owner and I have tried to pay my monthly payment online and by telephone with no success. It was due 23rd of Oct., I started trying to make the payment 3 days before it was due. I would go in personally but I am out of state. I have left at least 25 messages for the site manager to call me back and have not received a response. I feel this is unprofessional and rude for my phone calls to be ignored. I have spoke to customer service 3 different times and promised to check into it but no return calls by them either. If you all have dropped the ball and don't have the accounts switched over yet just say so. I am going to keep trying to pay online through the portal and by phone but this is an inconvenience "BIG TIME". I hope I do not get a late charge or get locked out of my unit due to it being not paid!!! Unacceptable and Unprofessional!!!

Using metro storage was great! I needed storage the same day and got it. Everything was really easy and straightforward. Ellisa was extremely helpful and she even helped me get one of my locks off of the door! Chapman metro storage was certainly the best choice! Thank you!

Diana checked me in. She was exceptionally polite and friendly while carefully explaining every detail in a thorough and efficient manner. I explained I had been a prior customer some years earlier, and she made me feel welcomed back like a family member. Her performance was as perfect as any company could possibly want. I feel confident my stay here will be a happy one.
