Though the facility is clean and the prices are pretty comparable to other storage options in the area, their office administration leaves a bit to be desired. Pay attention to how you make your payments. My bank sent payment to the facility two weeks prior to due date (address and amount confirmed) and because they didn’t “see it” they hit me with a $75 late fee and was told “Too bad, so sad. Should set up auto-pay and not depend on my bank or post office.” I call BS. But storage options is in such short supply, they know they have you by your short and curlys.

This is the WORST business ever. The staff is rude. I NEVER have had a good experience here. My fiancé paid a year in advance and they just take your money and operate as little as possible. The public restroom is ALWAYS locked. I drive from an hour away and can’t even use the restroom when I get there or while I’m there. The dumpster was locked today and the lady working would not unlock it. How am I supposed to clean out my unit?? The staff was rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The Storage of My Life!! With a less than stellar experience with my movers & cross country move, faced with many uncertainties and challenges the experience with Life Storage was GREAT beyond belief! Cydnee at the Chattanooga Broad Street location was the best! She was professional, courteous, and patient. She asked all the right questions to help me select just the right space. I highly recommend working with Cydnee - and Life Storage Broad Street is a super nice facility! On a separate visit recently, I was able to work with Carrie who was also kind and professional and very helpful. This location has a great team in place!

My wife came in to rent a storage unit. I was so blown away with how nice Wesley was he even carried the items she had bought out to our truck for her. The place is very clean and easy to get in and out of. I wanted everyone to know how great Wesley was by going above and beyond for my wife because I could not be there. I will most definitely let everyone one know to go talk to Wesley. Way to go life storage and Wesley.
