Best moving supply store in Chattanooga, Tennessee (TN) 2025

This is the WORST business ever. The staff is rude. I NEVER have had a good experience here. My fiancé paid a year in advance and they just take your money and operate as little as possible. The public restroom is ALWAYS locked. I drive from an hour away and can’t even use the restroom when I get there or while I’m there. The dumpster was locked today and the lady working would not unlock it. How am I supposed to clean out my unit?? The staff was rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone. ~Sheree

This is the definition of what a good mover should be. The staff that moved us was fast, careful, polite and very professional. All of the items arrived in perfect condition too. I felt as if the price was very fair for the work they did. Bravo!! ~E

This is the best storage facility I have ever dealt with. They are professional, and always willing to assist the renter with any and everything. They also always greet everyone with a big hello and smile. Not certain how much longer I will be storing things, but I know I would still return occasionally just to say hello. The two young ladies on Lee Highway are top notch representatives for the company. ~Quisani
