This is the definition of what a good mover should be. The staff that moved us was fast, careful, polite and very professional. All of the items arrived in perfect condition too. I felt as if the price was very fair for the work they did. Bravo!!

Working with Two Men and a Truck is an excellent experience from start to finish. I had two moves to set up which also included a day of packing for the second move. I worked with Morgan from start to finish ( she’s the bomb!) but also talked to Jason and Caleb during the process who kept tabs to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. I am terrible with names but the first job was moving my mom to assisted living and Nolan(?)seemed to be the leader of that group and he and his co-workers did an excellent job! They were really personable, professional and pleasant to be around. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t end up having them to do my 2nd move but I needn’t have been because John and his crew were totally wonderful and got me through the whole thing and made it relatively painless. They worked so hard, went above and beyond the whole time and were a lot of fun! I have used Two Men and Truck for several years now and I think they just keep getting better and they keep raising the bar! When I move it always feels like I’m walking straight into a dumpster fire - I don’t know why I haven’t learned by now that Two Men and a Truck always have my back! I give you ALL the stars!! THANK YOU!!!!

Tyler, Peyton, and John did an excellent job moving us to our new home. We were super impressed with this team. They arrived on time and got right to work. We have used Two Men and a Truck in Chattanooga several times over the last few months to relocate residents. They are quick to respond to questions and scheduling and they are fairly priced. The customer service is great and should set the standard for all moving companies. The moving team contacts us when they are near and are available for questions. They are professional and helpful and very careful with the resident's belongings. The office team contacts us prior to the day of the move, on the day of the move, and after the move to ask if we have questions or issues.

Highly responsive office that can communicate via text message which is very convenient. Quote process is simple and accurate, actually ended up under budget. We really appreciated the office quoting us for 2 trucks and 4 movers, this saved on time, money and ended up a huge relief on move day. The moving team was FAST and friendly. These guys worked their butts off, sprinting back and forth between the truck. We were blown away. Also very nice and friendly, enjoyable to talk to. Would definitely use again.

The Chattanooga franchise handled the delivery end of my move from Florida. Tyler and Shaun did an excellent job! Overall, my C-Crate move experience with Two Men and a Truck from Orlando to Chattanooga was a great experience. If you're wanting to do a smaller move (as mine was), the C Crate system is a great, lower cost option that still affords you somebody to load and unload the truck. I felt good about my 2nd move with Two Men and a Truck!

I had a wonderful experience. The movers showed up exactly the time that I was told. I also received a phone call after a couple hours from their office to check in and make sure everything was going smooth. A manager showed up to check on things as well and brought more supplies for the guys. They were polite and respectful. They were quick and time efficient and careful with my items. The movers I recommend are Denton P., De'Franco P. and Samuel R. It was a great experience and we will be using this company again and requesting the same movers.

Excellent experience all around (from planning to execution). All fees were disclosed up front, so there were no surprises at the end. The movers were professional, polite, and did quality, efficient work. It was clear after the first few minutes that we were in good hands. Thanks guys!

Do not trust this company's word that they will complete the job. We had a great experience with them in 2015, but things have changed recently. The company approved the job, confirmed the job, and even approved it upon walk-through. They started the move, which begins the hourly cost, and then stopped and informed us that they could not complete the job. It's a long story, but in the end, they made me (a small woman) do a significant amount of the moving while 3 men watched, while billing us at their full hourly rate. They damaged some pieces; and made me pay for an hour when there was a disagreement and we were waiting on management to call back. I filed a complaint with corporate, who kicked it back to the local office. They are not going to reimburse one bit of the money. We will never use Two Men and A Truck again. Beware! I recommend calling different moving companies.

Two men and a truck are a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were able to answer all of our questions, and provide a clear understanding of the insurance options. On moving day the movers were careful with our belongings and the apartment building and new home. During the move a manager showed up to ensure everything was going smoothly, and the office called to check in. We have used other movers before and hands down this is the best company to work with. We felt our belongings were in good hands the whole time.
