Fantastic service at a very good price! Having used movers before and having bad experiences, I never thought I’d be excited about movers, but Fox Moving was great. The movers were polite, efficient, careful, and responsible. Their price was the best we got out of 3 others. Take care of them and they take care of you. We’ve unpacked everything and things were packed safely but not under packed (too little per box). When they picked things up and dropped off, I walked them through the house and gave directions. They remembered those well and got right to work. At the new house, we had new carpet on the second floor. Without our prompting they did not use any dollies on the new carpet, rather they just carried all the boxes up to the second story. If they had questions, or you asked for something specific, you could count on it getting done! They were on time to start and to deliver. If you have your own boxes or packing materials, you might specify that you want them used first. Great moving experience!

NEVER use Fox Moving. I paid for 3 men to help me move on Tuesday, and only 2 showed up. I was then dropped from a 3 man hourly fee to a 2 man hourly fee, which is fine, but that was already a red flag. I then had to make a trip to the store to buy the movers tools because they showed up with no tool box or tools. Second red flag. I paid a deposit back in April of $165. The movers worked for 2.5 hours and told me my total would be $192 since I had paid the $165 deposit. I was pleased with the movers work so I tipped them $75. Later, I check my bank account and Fox has taken $410 ON TOP of the $165 deposit I paid, even though my receipt said I only owed $192. I reached out to Alicia Hindelang, one of the Fox Moving Customer Service Reps, about this, and AT FIRST she said the service fee was covered in my deposit. Therefore, she's admitting that I was overcharged. However, she then sends me another email saying the service fee is not covered in the deposit, and it is an additional fee on top of everything else. Fox Moving is money hungry. They don't care about their customers. Please use any other moving company - 2 Men and a Truck or All My Sons Moving. You'll get better quality work and better customer service and no hidden fees.

Jose and Andrew showed up promptly and were super professional. Best of all, they had great attitudes and took care to wrap fragile items for my move. Front office staff was also accommodating as I had to change move dates a couple of times due to closing changes. I’ll definitely use Fox again - highly recommended.

The Fox Moving company really came through for me. They were very nice even after having worked the entire day. I was their last job for the day and it was getting late. But they came anyway with smiles on their faces. Can't say enough about them.

We scheduled our move last week and were expecting 4 guys and a truck to arrive by 1pm....2 guys and a truck arrived at almost 6pm!!! Brandon and Chad were the two movers who came to the house and they were great!!! Awesome personalities, great attitdue and worked their tails off for nearly 6 hours straight. We bought them some burgers and fries and they didn't even stop to eat until they were ready to head to the new location to unload. Thanks guys, you are awesome!!! The rating is only a 3 star, these guys would make it a 5 star, but the poor planning by the management caused this to only get the 3 stars.

Nick, Chad, and Vik was such a great team to work with. They were very professional and very friendly and quick. When I move again I only want these three guys to move me and I will recommend Fox Moving to everyone. I couldn't have had a better moving experience.

I recently just moved I shopped around for quotes. Fox by far had the best price. We all know moving is a hectic experience. Kyle and his team were on time,they were very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Kyle even went a step further to hook up my washer and dryer for me without even having to ask. I will definitely recommend Kyle to my family and friends. He made moving experience very pleasant.

I have never seen so much damage. This was just a local move and not a cross state or cross country one. Frankly, It was a perfect storm. They showed up 1.5 hours late. And it took many more hours than they said it would. Therefore costing tons more than they said it would. Worst of all, so much of my furniture is damaged with gashes, scratches, broken legs. It's like 20 pieces of damaged furniture and so many smaller items that I can't list them all. bins were ripped. The clock was broken. Plus we had to help them. They didn't have enough people for much of the move. They weren't even moving our stuff into a house. They were cramming it into a freight elevator and then into a storage unit. Adding insult to injury, a table was stolen. And I had to file a police report with two different police departments. I am waiting to hear back if they will at least pay for the furniture to be repaired. I wish I had read other reviews before I hired them. I see now that this is a poorly run company with untrained employees who don't know what they are doing and don't care enough to protect other people's belongings. What a nightmare!

Would not recommend. Showed up 3 hours late after pushing back our appointment 4 hours the day before. Did not have proper staff. They had us help move anything over 50 pounds as they only staffed one mover for us. As a result many things have been damaged. They worked for 1 hour and 40 minutes but tried billing us for two hours and 15 minutes. Their manager would not update us on where or when they would arrive. Their manager stopped answering his phone after two calls, however answered quickly when processing payment. We could have rented a uhaul and just did it ourselves as that would have been slightly more work than hiring them. They were unable to do their job without our help. We hired them because we didn’t want to help. They failed at the core premise that their company provides. Do not hire.

DO. NOT. USE. They will destroy all your belongings. We signed up for a "full service move," (in-state move) in which they will help with the packing and loading of the truck. They promised us a 3-person team. What we got was a father and his teenage son that didn't show up until NOON when they should have been there much earlier that morning. The 3rd person (the teenage sons friend) didn't show up until 5 PM. They were at our house until 11 PM packing... and they didn't even get it all. And by "packing," I mean THROWING OUR BELONGINGS in the truck, breaking or scratching/ruining everything. Luckily, we had a different crew that drove our belongings to our new city and unpacked us. However, there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever about where they were / what time they'd be arriving at our new home. The men were friendly enough, and even fixed (to the best of their ability) our master bed that was broken due to the packers. But when I tell you it looked like the truck had crashed on the way over (based on how our belongings were strewn about inside), that's exactly what it looked like. The loaders were even shocked to see how our things were packed. "This is bad..." one said. Once they finished unloading, one of the packers called the General Manager (Bo Byers) to confirm payment, etc. Only Bo didn't realize he was on speaker phone and we could hear every word he was saying and he was MOCKING US for wanting a discount based on our experience. "Is that Bo on the phone? With that attitude," I said. It was then Bo realized he put his foot in his mouth. His excuse was "I've had a bad day and have been dealing with angry customers all day." Well, yeah, if this is how you do business, then I have no doubt you've had a bad day, and I also don't care. The ongoing chaos continues with dealing with the Claims Department (Tanezja Givens). Absolutely zero communication or sympathy and empathy. Do not consider them for your move. It's been an absolute nightmare.
