This is the best storage facility I have ever dealt with. They are professional, and always willing to assist the renter with any and everything. They also always greet everyone with a big hello and smile. Not certain how much longer I will be storing things, but I know I would still return occasionally just to say hello. The two young ladies on Lee Highway are top notch representatives for the company.

I only gave five star cause they won't post negative reviews. I used to think this place was ok but since they switched makes they went up on my rent 3 times in less than a year. They know I have disabled children and I'm working from paycheck to paycheck and I was told at 151.00 they wouldn't go up cause they had all ready done max number. Well 2 months later boom. I'm out of town working as first responder and they have no respect for that. I left my vacuum out by accident a 600 dollar vacuum that I went to pick up but had a lot to get then got down road realized it was gone. By the time I got back gate was locked . The next day my vacuum gone. Manager threw it away. They do not tell you if you flood, they do not try get ahold of you if any accidents, the gate is broken most the time in which I think it's the emoyees helping theives.. very mad customer. You would think since I was with uncle Bob for 11 years. They could give same respect they did bit no. Greedy. There greed will get them in gates of hell. They don't post unless you give five star

I'm not happy about the fee increase ! The rent started out at $160.00 initially and quickly increased to 219.00 monthly in 24 month period !!!

It was great Christina Jones Lee highway location took care us . They are really good people. We going through a crisis at the moment. We lost our house do to fire and not only did they give us great service they went the extra mile to make sure that we were okay. Thanks you guys from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️ y'all number 1 in book
