Best self storage facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee (TN) 2024

This is the WORST business ever. The staff is rude. I NEVER have had a good experience here. My fiancé paid a year in advance and they just take your money and operate as little as possible. The public restroom is ALWAYS locked. I drive from an hour away and can’t even use the restroom when I get there or while I’m there. The dumpster was locked today and the lady working would not unlock it. How am I supposed to clean out my unit?? The staff was rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone. ~Sheree

We were customers for almost 2 years! We had the best experience with Storage Sense! I would HIGHLY recommend! The facility was always so clean, and the staff was always so nice and accommodating! We had a climate controlled unit, and it was more than expected! We moved out of the unit due to moving out of state, and it wasn’t hot when moving out! I have had climate controlled unit at other places, and it was not a comfortable temp but better than outside. Storage Sense cares! ~Michelle

This is my second time with this Cube Smart location, and Cassius has made the sign-up process a breeze! Really thankful to have such a convenient place to store my belongings until I have a new apartment. ~Chanel

This is the best storage facility I have ever dealt with. They are professional, and always willing to assist the renter with any and everything. They also always greet everyone with a big hello and smile. Not certain how much longer I will be storing things, but I know I would still return occasionally just to say hello. The two young ladies on Lee Highway are top notch representatives for the company. ~Quisani
