BP customer service is great. They really take care of everyone down the road at Feldman CDRJ. Very nice staff and great food and drinks! 100% Recommend

I stopped there on 4/16/22 after work . The big guy that worked there was so rude . I don't see how he keeps a job. He got mad because he actually, had to move to help me couple of times. I'm sorry, but if you can't stand or move couple of inches maybe this is not a job for you . I asked him why he was so rude 😒 his respond was I made him walk back to the lottery machine twice.

The owners price guage you. You pay credit price for gas at the pump even if you enter your debit info. Also, they are over priced. But the girl inside is nice, and the store is generally clean.

This gas station charged me for premium when I pushed the regular button. I did not make a mistake. As a matter of fact I looked up how much my normal station charged (Speedway by the way, they were cheaper but I was very low on gas) I drove 35,000 miles last year alone ! I know how to work a pump. I asked the pump for a receipt but the pump said it had an error and I had to ask the attendant. (Convienent huh ? ) I walked into the gas stations lobby and I explained to the clerk that I pressed the regular button but I was charged for premium. He immediately got rude, was not wearing a mask and told me that his computer said I pressed premium, I did not press premium, he said he can't do anything only his supervisor can, I politely asked him to call his supervisor he became more visibly upset rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed called his supervisor and still refused to refund me the difference between the regular and the premium. He also refused to give me a receipt. Be careful !! Customers may not even notice this deception. I noticed because on a full tank, premium costs an arm and a leg. BP is ripping people off. Remember BP stands for British petroleum ! The same company that destroyed the Gulf of Mexico with their huge oil spill. Do not give money to this company ! Keep your money inside this country for God's sake. Speedway has always done right by me. Speedway, mobile, shell are all great companies with good gas.

Decent store. With only one person working at a time and people not knowing how to clean up or pick up after themselves, it's understandable the store cannot be as clean as they intend to keep it. Not to mention people somehow forget to use the bathroom when they go into a public bathroom... Also the people there are really not that rude, be kind and that's what you get in return. Common sense I believe.

Absolutely the most disgusting restroom (mens) I have ever been in. The store seemed to be fairly clean but the restroom had an overpowering smell of urine as soon as I opened the door. If I had to guess I would say this restroom was NEVER cleaned. I would assume this store has city water and the urinals had dark rust streaks from being flushed, without ever being cleaned. The floor in front of the urinals was covered in urine, possibly from someone just going on the floor because they didnt want to step in sticky piss or because some people are just pathetic. The sinks, while dirty, weren't that bad but there was no soap in the dispenser so I went to leave. Then i realized I had no choice but to grab a handle that again has never been cleaned and is brown instead of being silver. My choice was die from ammonia asphyxiation while waiting for the next unlucky soul to wander in, or get out as fast as humanly possible, I chose the latter. Please Lord, let me make it to soap before I touch my face haha. The health department should definitely pay then a visit, they would fail!

We have a BP card and always use BP as generally am happy with the service and cleanliness...well this BP is a major exception. Not only was the ladies room filthy and in disrepair, it stunk as did the entire store. In addition, none of the three pumps that we tried worked. Won’t stop at this one again.

(First I'd like to note that you can drive 1 or 2 miles in EITHER direction and get cheaper gas) Worst most miserable place ever. My boyfriend got a job here in May. He did 3 days of training. A total of 24 hours. 8 hours each day. They told him he was getting paid minimum. They told him specifically he got the job and everything, got his uniform shirt too and what not. After the third day the boss said he'd call for the following hours he'd be working. Never did. My boyfriend tried to constantly go in there and call him. 2 weeks go by. Obviously at this point my boyfriend has decided that this place is whack and he doesn't want to work there but does want his check for the days that he did work. He finally gets ahold of the boss who was super rude and said he'd clearly contact him him and not to be calling about his hours. 3 weeks go by. No pay. Calls the owner, asks for his pay and the owner hangs up on him. He talked to multiple employees and managers who were all equally rude and talking down to him. After threatening to take to small claims they said they'd pay him and not account for tax since they keep trying to claim they have 0 record of him. He goes in there to get his money and they try to give him only 80 bucks. At minimum with the hours he worked it would've rung up to 213. He talked to a police officer and even with tax accounted for it still would've been over 100. The lady in there her name is Sandra the manager was laughing all about it saying god awful things and saying sign the paper and take the 80 or get nothing. If 0 stars were an option I'd be choosing that. The owner Dave is extremely rude and a coward. Never gave my boyfriend a reason for never calling for more hours when he never did anything wrong there. Just from his 3 days of experience there he witnessed employees sitting on their asses and texting. Barely stocking stuff. No upkeep on the bathroom. And also employees taking cigarettes without paying just for their own keep. This is definitely going to be taken to small claims. BP is a big company with nothing but money and they can't even correctly pay someone especially after 3 weeks. The first time my boyfriend went in they just said they have no check for him and then just wouldn't respond to what he was saying. They handed him a number to call which repeatedly went to dial tone, invalid number. BP is an overpriced place anyway. Like said in the other comments the employees are extremely rude and stuck up, they never apologize for mistakes. They're lazy. They try their best not to reimburse. And act like they're big and bad for making almost 400 a week. Most disgusting experience I've ever seen with a place like this. They don't care about their customers or their job. Very low life people with nothing better to do than to screw people over. Notice how other BP gas stations have at least 4 or 5 stars while this one has 2. And most of the reviews are awful except ones from years back when there were probably different people working there. Worthless place, worthless people. Absolutely rude and bizarre behavior. Fake as fake can get to your face until you get to see who they really are. Boyfriend was really exciting about working there and they went 0 to 100 within such a short amount of time. This is still an ongoing thing. Definitely taking to court.

Terrible pumps and terrible service. I stopped here twice in the last week. The first time, the pump card readers weren't working so you had to pay inside. Not normally a huge deal if you aren't in a hurry, but when you have to get a 2 year old in and out of the carseat (and I'm in PT right now for back problems and am not supposed to be lifting anything), it's a pain. They assured me the problem would be fixed soon. Stopped by again today, first pump accepted my card, but the keypad didn't work so I couldn't put in my zip code. Tried a different pump, after I put in my zip it told me I had to see cashier. There is no button to call for help, so I stood out there with the pump beeping and me waving my arms, the cashier never attempted to help. I asked another customer to have the cashier reset my pump, she just told him it was pre-pay only. (Obviously...that's why I was using my credit card!) So I had to get my son out of the car again, when I asked why she hadn't tried to help she was extremely rude. She kept telling me that my credit card was no good, and never apologized for their pumps not working right. Funny, I gave her my card to run and it went through fine...yet she still refused to apologized and told me if I didn't like their service I could go elsewhere. Done!!
