ok storage place they have secured gate access but only thing that sucks is you don’t have 24 hour access to the gate….like why wouldn’t you give your customers 24 hour access to there storage rooms?? this is going to make us leave after 6 months and go to another company that does offer this simple thing. i can only imagine the customers that have left or never even signed up with you guys over it.. to bad

10/5/20 - [This review is on behalf a good friend of mine] This is a good location ina Very shady part of town. With taxes & fees, it's $233 per month for a 10' wide x 30' deep x 15' tall unit. It's a fair price for the area that can hold a good 18 pallets of stuff. I can get a better price outside of town, but this is in my neighborhood. The owner keeps it spotless & gate locked at night. No public restrooms.

my wife and I had a great experience at the Linden location of CubeSmart. We ended up not needing a unit and just decided to downsize and sell off some extra stuff but I have to say, the manager and other staff there were top-notch. in a time when customer service is a dying thing, it's refreshing to come across good service

I was very pleased with my experience at storage pros. The young man whose name was Brandon did an excellent job in providing great customer service! He was extremely helpful and very courteous. I couldn't have asked for better customer service than what he gave!
