Agree with previous review. Unbelievably rude. Always in the back or no attendant. Won’t be back. 👋🏼

The two employees that I come across that work here are extremely rude. One guy is worse than the other. One guy threateneded to get an ubereats driver fired when all that guy asked was if his package was ready. Very unprofessional.

I have lived in Lombard near this 7/11 for 6 years. The manger, Sam is extremely rude and short with customers including me. I lost my license about two weeks ago and one of the only places I remembered showing it is 7/11. I went ask Sam and before I can even get it out he responded with a harsh NO! I Informed Sam that he hasn’t even looked, when he responded by shaking his head and being very dismissive. I called just about every business In Lombard searching for my license. Also drove around illegally and had to visit the dmv during Covid to get a temporary license. Two weeks later I walked in 7/11 and the night clerk says “hey I think you left your licenses here” wow! It was there the whole time. Because of Sam(the other employees are great) I will be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint. And will take my business elsewhere.

I have a pending transaction against my credit card that I did not make. When I called to inquire about it the gentleman said I have no idea and hung up then blocked my number

the guys there always seem to remember you. They will have what you're looking for ready at the counter before you even have to ask! Very kind and very courteous! My go-to 7-Eleven!

They are friendly, fast and helpful. They keep the coffee full with many selections.

What an incredible take on Kaepernick's decision to not stand for the National Anthem. There is a ton of good insight but this comment really stood out to me: "When Riley Cooper called everyone n*****s he got counseling, when Colin Kaepernick asks for our country to be changed for the better he is called a n*****. Think about it." How true that is. And how unfortunate. What he's doing is simply a call to get people to open their ears, eyes and hearts to racism and discrimination. He's not saying he's oppressed, but he's attempting to open dialogue on oppression. My wife got in the house yesterday after picking up some milk from 7 Eleven and told me the clerk followed her around the store. A friggin 7 Eleven. We got a 4-bedroom house with half an acre yard. Ain't nobody jacking a Slim Jim from 7 Eleven! But he followed her why? I'll allow you to think through that and answer the obvious. This is one of several stories I've personally seen where racial stereotyping and prejudice appears not towards me but my black spouse or friends. We just need to be a little more willing to open our eyes, a little more willing to extend our ears, and a little more willing to open our mouths and admit there is racism, there is oppression, and there is discriminatory tactics still prevalent in our country. And then, we need to extend our hands in support to help address the problems and make solutions happen.

Good to get milk and small items near the Lombard metra station.

Multiple years in a row they are not prepared for free slurpee day. This year was the 50th anniversary too. I work a 9 to 5 job so I can't get there till afterwards. My wife and I brought the kids in before 6pm to only walk out empty handed.
