First time opening an account and it was such a breeze. I mean yeah you need an appointment and certain documents which made me come back thrice but JESSICA WAS WONDERFUL. She helped out with everything. She's professional, helpful, kind and a very easy person to talk to. Got my account opened in less than 30 minutes. Go to her for all your banking needs. Oh the greeting lady is also very nice and polite, offered me lollypops 😅. Overall very satisfied with this branch.

Drive through deposited a wrong amount. Customer service could not locate an available representative for 30+ minutes. Branch manager talks to an elderly client in the lobby, putting bank documents on the floor because "the elderly had difficulty walking." I hope this is not a common practice for the entire chase. I am a chase client for almost 17 years and this is the first time. I am not going to come back and would not recommend this branch.

About 3 months ago I withdrew $200 from the atm. It withdrew the funds from my account and then didn’t give me the cash so I had to go inside the bank then. They corrected the issue and I let them know that half the time I go to their drive through atms they do not work. I just went to make a deposit and ALL FOUR atms were not working. This is a multi-billion dollar company and can’t even afford quality ATMs with all of the monthly fees they charge. Very unhappy with the recent service.

Was waiting in line and I had some blonde lady in a cubical Making fun of me while I waited in line to see the teller. She was in the cubical with 2 men, line to the door and they were just sitting there joking around and not working or helping anyone. I told the teller what I experienced and she was very nice and let someone know. What a way to run a business.

Chase may not be the best bank I know BUT this bank these associates go beyond my expectations their service was extensional and great I got locked out of my account and they where able to help me out and tell me the true advice I needed. Yes this corporation may be the worst ethically but these associates are still human beings and I trust them to bank with.

I love chase bank but this branch had me waiting for like 20 mins for nothing. I needed a print out of my bank statements and they’re asking for $6 per month it’s ridiculous I needed 12 months. I just feel like Adriana didn’t want to work she even mention that because the Secretary of State if around here she couldn’t do it unless I paid. I meant what does the secretary have to do with anything.

Chase is not a down to earth kind of bank you have to be rich to be with chase. Chase closed my account which was a direct deposit account meaning every two weeks my paycheck came thru chase they closed my account due to a negative balance without notice left me without money for almost two weeks it was so hard cause I didn't have gas money to get to work or food money for my kids. I been with chase more than 8 years and I've had direct deposit meaning if I'm on the negative once my pay check hits the bank would get their money . Why in the world would chase be so heartless to a loyal customer. I had a savings account I had an investment account those account wasn't in the negative and had money on them I think that's so wrong to leave me money less for that long,

I've been here for 20 minutes so far. I was going to open a new account. Don't like wasting time. Banker showed up with coffee from Starbucks at 9:00am and met with some who had been here since 8:30am when they were supposed to open. Going to open an account at west suburban.

I go to school across the street from this Chase branch so I stop in quite often. I've always had a positive experience with this branch. Jefferson Vyxay always helps me out with my banking needs and makes my experience with Chase hassle free. If you ever need to talk to a banker he is the one to talk to!
