Visiting here for my car repair oil change. Free check engine light and some other repair. Very good service. They are prompt and COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did a great job and leaving happy. First time opening an account and it was such a breeze. I mean yeah you need an appointment and certain documents which made me come back thrice but JESSICA WAS WONDERFUL. She helped out with everything. She's professional, helpful, kind and a very easy person to talk to. Got my account opened in less than 30 minutes. Go to her for all your banking needs. Oh the greeting lady is also very nice and polite, offered me lollypops 😅. Overall very satisfied with this branch. ~Adnan

I wish there was a zero rating! Worst customer service I have ever experienced , I went in there upset because I had been on the phone for an hour and no one answered the customer care line. When I called this branch they told me I had to come in in person to identify myself because they don’t identify customers over the phone. I will admit I was a little upset when I got there because of all the trouble I had to go through but instead of the lady deescalating the situation she was very rude! I told her I’d like to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager!! After a heated backwards and forth I told her I would like to close my account she said “go ahead and close it , I don’t care I am quitting I have already put my 2 weeks notice!” . Who talks to a customer like this! Anyway since Huntington took over I have been very unhappy with the services so I will gladly take my business elsewhere! ~Audrey

Such a shame when you go to this branch for help when someone writes you a bad check & they make you feel like you were the thief. The branch mgr says to me "why did you deposit the check when you were told it was a bad check" Seriously? Yes I was told the day after I received the check it was bad & I had already done a mobile deposit. Long time customer, never bounced a check in my life. : ( ~Jan

Received a message saying my card couldn’t be ran. This is the second time in a row that I’ve been contacted for this reason, yet my card number hasn’t changed. And this is the second month in a row that I will have ran out of my medications before getting my refill. And this is due to an error on their part. Thank God I won’t physically die without this medication though I am not supposed to miss a dose, though because of their error, I will. I was told FedEx has already collected for the day. Today is Friday… I will not get it until Tuesday! ~Lindsay

I went to purchase a covid test kit and when I arrived at checkout, Zorida, the cashier, informed me that I could receive them through Medicare at no charge and to go to pharmacy for help. I wound up receiving my allotment from Medicare with no cost to me. Zorida was so kind in pointing this out, as I saved quite a bit of money. That is what I call GREAT customer service. ~Janet

I just went back For the first time in a couple years, only went in for one thing in specific and left with a cart full of goodies! They have everything and are so competitively priced.
