I wish there was a zero rating! Worst customer service I have ever experienced , I went in there upset because I had been on the phone for an hour and no one answered the customer care line. When I called this branch they told me I had to come in in person to identify myself because they don’t identify customers over the phone. I will admit I was a little upset when I got there because of all the trouble I had to go through but instead of the lady deescalating the situation she was very rude! I told her I’d like to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager!! After a heated backwards and forth I told her I would like to close my account she said “go ahead and close it , I don’t care I am quitting I have already put my 2 weeks notice!” . Who talks to a customer like this! Anyway since Huntington took over I have been very unhappy with the services so I will gladly take my business elsewhere! ~Audrey
