Received a message saying my card couldn’t be ran. This is the second time in a row that I’ve been contacted for this reason, yet my card number hasn’t changed. And this is the second month in a row that I will have ran out of my medications before getting my refill. And this is due to an error on their part. Thank God I won’t physically die without this medication though I am not supposed to miss a dose, though because of their error, I will. I was told FedEx has already collected for the day. Today is Friday… I will not get it until Tuesday!

Very hard to reach pharmacy. Once waited on hold for 15 minutes. They say always short staffed! Their staff is very confused on everything from dropping off prescriptions and how to transfer Always need to speak to pharmacist in order to get things done correctly

Nice and friendly staff but why have a drive through when medicine is never ready? Why let people sit at the window and hold up the line? I can't even leave the line to go in because there is a curb in the way.

Like others, I’ve called numerous times and no one ever answers the phone. Just on an endless hold. I’ve left voicemails, but haven’t received a call back. Extremely unprofessional. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

I’m so impressed with the service I have received from Lombard Pharmacy!!! Every time I have requested a refill it is always filled right away and mailed out to me. I kept forgetting to request a refill due to memory issues. I requested a refill on Wednesday and received a text it was filled and sent out. On Friday 2/25/22 I received a voicemail saying there had been an issue with my order. I called the pharmacy and they said my order was stuck at a FedEx facility. I let her know what I had on hand. She asked if she can put me on hold for a minute and came back on to say they can put a stop on the order that was stuck and get another out so I could have it by tomorrow!! It’s Saturday 2/26/22 and I received my order. I so appreciate Lombard Pharmacy for reaching out and letting me know about the stuck order and for caring enough to overnight another order!! It meant a lot to get such great service!!!

I don't know what has changed but this used be the best pharmacy now the phone rings and rings no one answers They were always so nice and helpful but not so much now in the past I would give them 5 stars now I feel1 star is generous

I have used this pharmacy for years and I just love how they treat you like family. After so long of dealing with them they remember you by face and the most friendliest people there. Plus really know what they are doing there and when you get home with you medication you know you got the right medicine. Plus I love that they have people to deliver the medicine.

I have been coming here for nearly one decade. I used to shop at the old Pharmacy location back in the day. There has definitely been staffing changes over the last few months, many new faces and many new problems. The last few times I have come in I have been helped by someone new who couldn't answer questions for me or couldn't find my medication and had to ask for someone else to assist. Not a problem everyone has to start new and not know everything. My problem is they couldn't get a person's attention because they seem to be busy on the phone which meant I had to wait over 5 minutes. My time is valuable and I've never had to wait this long when there was an experienced staff here. I'm not sure why there's so much turnover lately as each time I've come in over the last couple of months there is someone new. The most frustrating is they didn't have the diapers I needed for my mother the shelf was empty! Coming through the drive-thru I would give that a negative one star and avoid it!!! I just come directly in the store now which is not much better. Then when I've had to call the pharmacy I've had to wait as long as 15 minutes for someone to take my call then I get transferred one maybe two times to get a person who knows what they're talking about. Very frustrating as I will be shopping for a new Pharmacy!
