The ice machine on our Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator was leaking. We called Total Appliance Services and a repair technician was dispatched within a couple of days. Our repair technician was "Joe". He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We needed a new ice maker. Joe explained everything and did not leave until he was certain the new ice maker was working correctly. Prompt response to my call. Scheduling went smoothly and only a couple of days after that. Pleasant service person who accurately diagnosed the problem with our Bosch oven and was able to replace the part all within an hour. Couldn’t have been better! Technician was pleasant and professional. He checked out the oven and confirmed everything is working correctly and no gas leak. He explained why I was smelling gas and that, in this issue, it was nothing to be concerned about. His explanation put me at ease and all is good. The service tech took maybe 10 minutes to unplug and then plug the machine back in. He said the part needed is no longer available. The charge was over $140! In my opinion this was too much for the value received. When I initially made the phone call, it would have been nice if they did a little troubleshooting. I would have at least appreciated that. We had a frozen motor on the ice maker and a plugged drain in the bottom of our freezer drawer that was leaking water on the floor. Joseph, our technician, knew immediately what the issues were just from my description. He fixed both issues in a timely manner. Repairman Kevin was on time, personable, knowledgeable and honest about the possibilities for the repairs for the refrigerator. He returned the next day with the correct part and quickly made the repair. I was wonderfully impressed from beginning to end. It was not cheap but I will pay for quality. Would give a NEGATIVE star if possible. I had this company fix my Thermador water dispenser , they charged close to $475 for that then left the rim unsealed and bent . The first technician (John) had hard time fixing it and left it unsealed. I called them up about that and they sent another technician (Ross) who was clueless and said it will be like this. I asked for a second opinion and they sent me a third technician ,Keven, who said it is bent and needs replaced. He said he has no idea what the other technicians did here !! they decided it was not their fault and they wanted to charge me another $313 for this. I am not sure why these companies think they can do and decide whatever is convenient for them while they provide awful service. I just called my CC company and disputed their charges and i am filing a complaint to have them fix what they broke.

Brian arrived on time. Reviewed the issue with us explaining what he was going to do. He was knowledgeable about our older Jennair stove/oven and discussed our options if this repair does not completely fix the problem. He was very professional and helpful. Our repairman was professional, knowledgeable & efficient. The service was top notch! The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because of the price. I was shocked that our $125 initial service call was not applied to our total service fee at the end. This is the first time I have experienced this with a repair company.
