Great customer care! Dealer recommended buying 3 new tires for $900 not including alignment taxes, etc. I spoke with Jimmy and researched his tire recommendations. I purchased 4 new tires, from Town Fair Tire for $1000 including alignment, balancing and free tire replacement insurance! Everyone I spoke to here was pleasant and knowledgeable about their products and services. Kudos!

This place is amazing. My family and I where traveling 1000 miles from home and had a tire blow out. I called around the area and they not only had my tire in stock but where very knowledgeable and amazing working us in to an already busy Saturday morning! They also had amazing prices and did all they could to make a pretty stressful situation as calm and pleasant as possible. If I where a local to Rhode Island it would be the only place my family would deal with!

The guys that work in the back of the shop are top notch. They paid attention to little details about my new tire that probably would have taken me a year to notice. I really appreciated the pride they take in their work in that it was so important to them to make sure everything was just perfect with my new tire.

The two people at the front desk that helped me, Kevin and Ray,seemed to make an excellent team. They were so willing to answer all of my questions and show me what tires would be best for me. Have gone to this shop multiple times and always great service. Went to have a screw taken out and even found second nail in the tire. Very thorough work and was in and out in 30 minutes.

This location is far more than a tire store. They are more like a community resource. Time and again they have helped me out with situations that were not strictly related to tire purchases (or even automobile tires), and always gladly, just to be able to help. And when I need tire things, they make me feel like I could not possibly be getting better care or better service or better deals than anywhere else. Like I can trust them, which is a big deal. Kevin and Raymond deserve special mention for having customer service attitudes and moves that make most other retail outlets, let alone tire stores, seem like pikers. They really are a boon to have around. They are why I always come here first. Outstanding.
