I’m skeptical of all mechanics and I keep coming back here. They do good work and stand by it and prices are fair. Also, erg friendly when most mechanics Ive been to are usually a little more disgruntled. Good spot to get your car fixed.

Not only that, but they do not try and sell you anything you don’t need ( which has happened at EVERY other auto repair shop I’ve gone to). I had my tie rods replaced by another mechanic. My brake pedal all of a sudden would push to the floor. Midas told me the brake lines should have been bled and that lead to my problem. I spoke with multiple mechanics after and none mentioned bleeding of the brakes was necessary when replacing tie rods. Midas then said they were 95% sure replacing brake fluid would fix the issue. It did not. Then tried convincing me I needed a new master brake cylinder that would cost almost $600. Went down the street to Magic Gas to find out I had air in my ABS system. Problem solved. I repeat PROBLEM SOLVED. MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER NOT BROKEN. Either the mechanics are not thoroughly trained well enough or they're trying to hustle customers. Either way I will never go back. Went early Tuesday morning had 2 cars needed an inspection for my car and the wife needed oil change for the 2 cars was there about 45 minutes to an hour quick and informative was taken and shown so recommendations. Would recommend to friends.

Best experience I’ve ever had going to a mechanic. I HATE car issues and frankly tend to ignore them until it’s an actual issue. (I know, bad idea) but they went above and beyond here to ensure I knew exactly what’s being done to the car and provided lots of updates for when my car would be done. Gave suggestions that were within reason and gave multiple price points for new tires that I desperately needed. Easy to get ahold of and answered all my silly questions too. This location on Mineral Spring is 10 stars! I showed up and asked if they had any appointments available this afternoon or tomorrow. I was on a tight schedule now through the new year and had very little time to get my car inspected. He said "grab your keys and your registration, I can do it now and have you on your way in less than half hour". And HE DID! Not only did he own his promise, his personality was above and beyond. I had a long day at work and was exhausted so I don't remember his name...but he has earned my business and positive word of mouth moving forward.
