I came here to get some blood drawn and the staff was courteous and professional. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

I came for my blood test on Sep 7th. I was met by a friendly lady at the reception: Lina. She was prompt and efficient. Then later took my blood samples too. Lina was so professional, her fingers were like feathers and didn't feel the needle also. I have to take a blood test every two weeks and monthly too for a whole year. Lina's professional attitude has been the main factor that keeps be going back to 1Randall Square, Quest Diagnostics Clinic. Thank you Lina!

I went to Quest the first time and was given my test, when I returned it they wouldn’t accept it because I was supposed to get three tests and the woman on staff read my order wrong. I thought that was an honest mistake and was bummed but went to get my three samples. There was no record of me being a patient after I had already been in and out of there. I had to reprovide all my paper work and was given the three samples. This time when I went to return them I received a call later that day that two of my samples couldn’t be sent to the lab because they weren’t filled properly. The directions I was originally told by one worker didn’t match what I was being told again over the phone. Now I am supposed to go back for the third time to do this test for the third time as a result of this office messing up and failing to communicate multiple times in a row.

Nathalia went out of her way to be rude to me for no apparent reason. I asked her if we were done drawing blood, she didn’t answer. I hope she was just having a bad day, but I didn’t trust her based on her unfriendly demeanor. Luckily it was quick and painless, but you really gotta be kind to people if you’re going to be in a profession based on helping people

First of all, this is the only place I have gone to with no covid 19 screening. There is no temperature taken before you go in or questions asked about covid. When I went in, there were like 10 people waiting inside in this small waiting room, then we were told to wait in our cars which took an hour to go back and do the drug test, came back inside and waited more, just a mess. If you go in this place and it has people waiting, just leave..if you don’t want to catch covid.

Quest Diagnostics in Providence is the worst Lan you can go. The staff looks like under- trained. The Lan inside looks not clean. The staff has no respect to patient and their billing staff even worse. Save you energy, don’t go to this place. They deserve a 0 star.

Was going to this place for blood tests almost 30 years, and everything was fine, until the last time, on April 2. All procedures were performed as usual. However, when I came to my doctor's appointment yesterday, he showed me a note from the lab claimed that the test was incomplete because I refused to continue and left. I did not do any such thing! Hope this episode will be investigated by a supervisor and will never happen again. Surely, I will not go there again until this is cleared out.

The lab attendant that helped me and took my blood sample was extremely polite, professional and quick. I wish I got her name. She had Africa-shaped earrings and was lovely!

No idea what others are complaining about. I was seen promptly by a very pleasant and personable phlebotomist who also warned me that my insurance had stopped covering Quest in RI for my particular lab work and gave me the option of only doing the covered labs.
