Blew out a tire on the highway a month ago, they did great at fixing that. The rim was dented, so they moved it to the back passenger side for me instead of it being in the front. I know nothing about cars, and asked how big of an issue the rim was. They said as long as I don’t mind a bumpy ride I’m fine. About a month later I’m on the side of the highway again, short a day of pay because I couldn’t get to work, and not only have to get a new rim but a new tire. Edit: I was not told I had low profile tires. I was told the rim was dented, and the only issue that would cause was a bumpy ride as long as I didn’t hit the tire, and it didn’t sound like an issue to me so I decided to not ask for further repair. When an employee reached out to me about my review through a phone call, the only thing they said they could do was replace the tire because they believed I purchased it from you guys and it had a warranty (you guys moved the dented rim from one of the front tires, without my permission, to one of the back tires. It was put on one of the older tires that does not have a warranty) He then told me the owner could call a lawyer about a false review. Haven’t heard anything since.

Prices for basic oil changes are good but prices for everything else are terrible. Was told over the phone that tire rotation came free with oil change but then they try to charge me $25 day of appointment. Also stated I needed a new cabin air filter that would be $20 extra but ended up costing $30 + tax. Very sneaky with pricing. Front desk staff are pleasant though. also I’ve been going to this place for years so disappointed in them that they would treat a customer like this. EDIT: After posting review, store manager called and apologized for the confusion and tried to make things right. The person who rung me up, they were new to the job. Appreciate the call from the store manager but staff should be properly trained to avoid issues like this in the future. Still would recommend Broadway tire because they do have decent prices and a good store manager.

Jimmy took great care of me while I was shopping for 35s for my Wrangler, he found these awesome new tires by Nokian and got them fast! They look outstanding, drive smooth, have minimal road noise and they're still equipped with all terrain perks. Go see Jimmy and the crew at Braodway Tire and you won't be disappointed!!

I went in today to ask a question about my car and whoever was working at the desk was extremely rude and uninviting. Not a very smart business move when there's 5 other auto places on the same street. Just took my business elsewhere.

Jacob and his guys are so awesome. They treat you like a person and not a job. Jacob helped me figure out my tire problem. Then on top of his excellent service he helped me with a reference to another awesome person. He also put a trust back into a profession that I had lost. I have been coming to this location for well over a year now and the staff are fabulous. It can be tough to walk into an auto shop as a woman, but from the very first visit, everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. Any questions I needed answered, they always do so willingly. Whenever my car needs to be repaired, including an oil change, I make sure I come here. I’m happy to say their level of professionalism has been consistent.
