10 Best clothing store in Birmingham, Alabama (AL) 2024

This store is never OPEN !!!!! Employees are always iINSIDE!!! I’m sure they are getting paid to be INSIDE!!! Internet says they are OPEN !!!! but they are ALWAYS CLOSED !!!!! So I think it’s best to PERMANENTLY CLOSE!!!!!! Take them off the schedule !!!take the signs down !!!and put the building up for sale to some one who will actually be OPEN to customers !!!thanks in advance ~What’s

In the middle of shopping, I had an urgent need to use the restroom, and when I asked the staff for access to it, I was told that customers were not allowed to use the restroom, and that I would have to go to another store in the strip mall. I had to leave my basket of items, and hunt down another store's public restroom, while still needing to use it in a hurry. It was an EXTREMELY inconvenient situation, not to mention physically uncomfortable. Yet, it could have been avoided by a simple unlocking of a door. It was not good business. Especially considering that I chose to spend my money in the OTHER store, and never returned to Citi Trends to purchase the cart FULL of merchandise left behind! Management should seriously reconsider their policy on refusing the restrooms to their customers. It is not at all beneficial... either way you look at it. And, I, for one, will not be back until the policy is revised, and I can shop without running the risk of getting a bladder infection, or experiencing the embarrassment of a grown woman pee-pants catastrophe! 😒 Ummm..No. ~Janice

Worst place I’ve ever walked into!! I couldn’t get out fast enough. I bought nothing! I was afraid I’d bring home roaches or something to the hotel in the bag! What’s happening to this area is heartbreaking. It’s nasty and reminded me of areas full of homeless and drug addicts. Good lord…. Clean up the trash surrounding your building and entrance at least!!! Wish I could give Negative Stars! ~Mz

Love this Target! It is very clean and huge. I asked if they sold iPods in the store and the friendly guy from electronics went to the back and brought me one out. He was friendly and helpful. The girl selling AT&T service was really friendly also. She went and got us help and told us all about the services they have. Will definitely come back and shop at this location. We got some lunch boxes on clearance too ~S.

I really wish I could do lower because I bought a book for almost $300 and went in there they marked it down to $153 then the manager had the nerve to tell me that’s why we tell y’all to wait that was the fall price and this is the summer price really but I bought the books 2 weeks ago I will never buy a book from Lawson/ Follett book ever again ~SeeSee

Everything time I go to that store it’s close. Today I went and the manager had the door lock and there were 4 cars watching for him because he had a note on the door said he will be back in 15 minutes. Then he walked out the store and locked the door and I said to him that you have customers out here. He told me that he had to go pickup someone and dot would take him 15 min to get back. So me and the three other cars left. Bad serve. ~Mildred

The store was open today after two months I only hope they can open up the store every day instead of one day out of the month if something can be done with management it would be a great store ~Robert

I had ordered a Wildflower case that was on sale last night for in-store pickup. I got a confirmation email and everything immediately after. The next day, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because ‘it’s no longer available’ at my store. What? The website literally said the cases were in stock when I ordered, and since I placed the order last night, they should’ve kept it aside for me. Very, very disappointing. And then in the cancellation email, they tell me I can get $10 off on my next order. Great, right? No. The $10 is only for orders above $50. You think I’m gonna buy $50 worth of things at this store after what just happened? I’m just saying they could’ve given me some alternative. ~Prabhakaran

Came in to shop at 645pm Saturday June 5th. I picked out several things to try on without a single employee approaching me, let alone giving me a heads up that they were closing! Promptly at exactly 7pm all the lights were turned off & they locked the doors.?!? Since when do you kill the lights & lock customers in without uttering 1 word! I found this to be extremely rude & not what I’m use to from a Gap Inc owned store! Ironically the Gap store in the same shopping center is open to 9pm. Bye ~Nancy
