I had a great time shopping yesterday! Katy helped me shop around for the perfect Valentine’s Day outfit, and told me about the great deals! She added these heals that were absolutely p-e-r-f-e-c-t!!! When I come again I hope she’s there to help!

Staff gets all in your face, asks too many questions and is just overall creepy. I AVOID this store at all costs after I had a bad experience before this one. I figured maybe it’d be better, but no this place was much worse. I left the store because of how uncomfortable I was. Not a good experience at all, definitely wont be going back.

A nice boutique but customer service brings the experience down :( About a year ago I had a romper I was trying on and wanted to buy, then the sales employee discouraged me from buying it. Even though I told her I liked it, she tried to convince me that I didn't, and called it inappropriate. I was used to the employees here being pushy but left that day feeling very surprised and confused. Be careful because even my friend agrees they don't treat all people equally here. I haven't been back since.

I just want to say that my daughter and I have looked around in Francesca's many times but we never really find anything we like. We were at the Galleria today looking for a dress for awards day and found a dress that she liked. The associate was amazing today. I hate that I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond to help us today. She looked in the back for things she thought my daughter would like and looked on every rack in the store for us! I just want to thank her and tell you what a great staff member you have. Thanks again!

Went to francescas 10 minutes before they closed and knew exactly what I wanted. I was putting on the shoes making sure they fit when the lady who claimed to be the manager suggested I go to payless. I said by the time I walked over there they would be closed and she said “well we are closed too.” It was 8:50 and they close at 9. I bought my stuff and left and was out the door by 8:55. I’ve worked in restaurants that close at 10 and had people walk in at 9:55 and order food and keep us there until 11 or later and we only get paid 2 an hour. This “manager” should really work on her customer relations if she wants people to return.

Decently big francesca's. Very similar to most of their sister stores. Been here during Black friday and they did have some decent sale items. Overall, good store for buying home decor stuff
