Do not rent from these scam artists. They will steal your card information under the guise of renting out U-hauls and then drain your bank account.Reporting them to the local police so hopefully this doesn’t continue to happen.

Super friendly staff. Kind of a random store. You can rent/return U-haul vehicles. There's also a laundromat inside as well as a convenience store. They sell everything inside the convenience store you'd expect, snacks, drinks and tobacco products as well as JUUL and other vape products.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.Worst experience ever. Someone I kno did there laundry here and got bedbugs. But I checked in, the child at the desk looked high out of his mind. The check in process took 20 min even tho I reserved online. The cashier asked if I wanted him to take me to care I said yes he said it’s a Igor behind me outside. I said I ow him and his three friends chuckled as I walked out, I talked to a man named Steve told him of the situation and he doesn’t do anything about it but claims to be owner.

This is one of the best run U-Hauls I've been to. I've been back to this dealer many times, even through there is another dealer closer to my house. I get to do a lot of the prep work through the app, and there's always a great hand-off when I get there in person. I'm picky about user/guest experience flow, and this has always impressed. The last time I went it was a cold day, and the gentleman working had the rental running and warmed up for me. Great prices on moving boxes as well. I will definitely rent through this dealer in the future.

Would give it zero stars if possible. These guys provide no guidance or assistance in picking up the rental then nickel and dime you when you return it. Couldn't give me a contract or receipt when I picked up. Didn't have some of the additional rental equipment that i ordered. Gave me a truck with 170k meself that felt like it was about to fall apart. I recommend renting from one of the legitimate dealers. Unfortunately, I waited too long and had no choice but rent from them. If I could do it over, I would switch my move date and rent from someone else

Best U Haul experience ever. Steve is a comedian, don’t take what he says so seriously. He’s just making it fun for you. I called in and said I would be there in 15 minutes... he had the truck running and ready for me. Other local UHaul guys didn’t even pick up the phone. Top notch customer service. Go here.

This U-Haul rental initially was.. ok. It was a pretty basic rental business. The gentleman running the counter...was very rushy and a little snarky. But hey , everyone has bad days right? We return our rental and the same ..not so kind man, loudly yells "why didn't you answer your phone!!!" We try to explain that our phone had died and we had not received his voicemail...he then proceeded to say "I don't give a S%%t if you rent here everyday....", Blah blah. In a nutshell, as a business, we WILL NOT be returning to this location. As customers, we shouldn't be so disrespected. Renter beware.. he charged us for an extra day, because he was mad. I'd give no stars if I could.
