I got towed there in the middle of the night. Paul was walking around the parking lot checking on things outside. He asked me what was wrong with the truck, helped me find parking and started working on it right away. He is the nicest person I ever met. And talk about a great mechanic! The truck was ok but not to happy with customer service. My husband left a couple of tool cases behind the driver seat. Called and was told it was there. Went almost 5 hours out of route to get them. When we got there nobody knew anything. Called again next day and all we got was the run around and still no tools and no return call.

Rental prices are Sky high,moreover, customer service sucks big time. Asked to get tracker of the trailer they said 30 minutes after an hour nobody had time. They are really slow.
