When we first visited a month ago, we were greeted by Martha & she was wonderful. She let us look & we had to come back with My Mom for approval 😂 We found Martha when we were ready to purchase & she is just adorable & so kind & generous & had a great repore’ with her. She had an Uncle named Louie & James is called “Louie” so brought back good memories for her. James has bought furniture there when he was younger & said, this is where you shop for good furniture that last a lifetime if you want it too… and he usually does. We loved our experience & hopefully will be back. ~Phyllis

Customer service at checkout was great! I signed up for an insider while I was there.My birthday was the 6th & would have given me a 15% discount. I was in on the 5th which was a 10% discount. Adea, the checkout person, gave me the 15% discount. It was a small thing, but to me was a big difference. I will be back! ~Mary

My Review: Sensors malfunction regularly Once or twice a week our bed doesn't recognize one or both of us when we get into bed. This began a month or so after the bed was delivered. I called several times and spoke with customer support but the issue persists. Considering buying a remote because I am tired of getting up and turning my phone on to manually set the bed to our preferred numbers. Now the remotes have been discontinued online and in store due to being out of stock; they can only be ordered through customer service over the phone. My experience at Ethan Allen has been extremely stress free and pleasant. This is due primarily to the friendly, yet professional service of Ashley White. Her eye for design along with her helpful guidance (actually visiting the space in my home) has made the purchase of my new bed room décor a cinch! I had ordered a Wildflower case that was on sale last night for in-store pickup. I got a confirmation email and everything immediately after. The next day, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because ‘it’s no longer available’ at my store. What? The website literally said the cases were in stock when I ordered, and since I placed the order last night, they should’ve kept it aside for me. Very, very disappointing. And then in the cancellation email, they tell me I can get $10 off on my next order. Great, right? No. The $10 is only for orders above $50. You think I’m gonna buy $50 worth of things at this store after what just happened? I’m just saying they could’ve given me some alternative. ~Prabhakaran
