I had the best experience at mattress firm, Hoover location. My sales rep Krystal, went above and beyond her job as a sales rep to make sure that I got the bed that I wanted, the best price, and delivery. She was absolutely fantastic! I am very happy with my purchase, if I ever need another bed I will absolutely go here, I cannot brag enough about Krystal!! She is very knowledgeable about mattresses and the best way to fit one to your personal needs. She is not pushy at all, I never felt like I was being forced into buying something that I did not need! My Review: Sensors malfunction regularly Once or twice a week our bed doesn't recognize one or both of us when we get into bed. This began a month or so after the bed was delivered. I called several times and spoke with customer support but the issue persists. Considering buying a remote because I am tired of getting up and turning my phone on to manually set the bed to our preferred numbers. Now the remotes have been discontinued online and in store due to being out of stock; they can only be ordered through customer service over the phone. My experience at Ethan Allen has been extremely stress free and pleasant. This is due primarily to the friendly, yet professional service of Ashley White. Her eye for design along with her helpful guidance (actually visiting the space in my home) has made the purchase of my new bed room décor a cinch! I had a problem with a refrigerator I bought from them in December. Let me tell ya'll the best customer service any where. The manger Miguel was fantastic he got in touch with his area manger Samantha . They replaced my refrigerator and I had the best most professional delivery guys named Jordan and his helper bring it tonight and set it up. They were here till 9 pm. Will use them again anytime.
