Best lighting store in Birmingham, Alabama (AL) 2025

My experience at Ethan Allen has been extremely stress free and pleasant. This is due primarily to the friendly, yet professional service of Ashley White. Her eye for design along with her helpful guidance (actually visiting the space in my home) has made the purchase of my new bed room décor a cinch! Absolutely beautiful showroom. If you need something this is where you want to go and look at it. However customer service was extremely poor. I saw 5 people sitting around. I did have a lady at the front counter approach me but just pointed me to the section. Told me to come back to her and she would answer questions. I went to GLS and their customer service was outstanding. Showroom was not near as nice but I absolutely enjoyed my time in their showroom. ~richard
