I appreciate the time she took. She knows her inventory and made everything quick and easy. Called for inventory and picked up the same day. Wayfair couldn't do that. Absolutely beautiful showroom. If you need something this is where you want to go and look at it. However customer service was extremely poor. I saw 5 people sitting around. I did have a lady at the front counter approach me but just pointed me to the section. Told me to come back to her and she would answer questions. I went to GLS and their customer service was outstanding. Showroom was not near as nice but I absolutely enjoyed my time in their showroom. ~richard
