When we first visited a month ago, we were greeted by Martha & she was wonderful. She let us look & we had to come back with My Mom for approval 😂 We found Martha when we were ready to purchase & she is just adorable & so kind & generous & had a great repore’ with her. She had an Uncle named Louie & James is called “Louie” so brought back good memories for her. James has bought furniture there when he was younger & said, this is where you shop for good furniture that last a lifetime if you want it too… and he usually does. We loved our experience & hopefully will be back.

I gave them a 2 star because I saw several items that I really like and probably would have returned back to purchase but the customer service was a Zero!! I spent around 5000.00 cash but I guess it wasn't enough to do a follow up call to me to ask how I was enjoying my purchase or how they could help in the future. "ALL" customers love 1st class service & SHOULD BE TREATED AS A RETURNING CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE AND HOW MUCH THEY SPEND. Mrs. Regina Williams

Birmingham Wholesale Furniture has the best selection of furniture and rugs for a variety of tastes and budgets, but their most vital asset is Stan Nelson. He is an absolute genius, and once he knows you, he can pick out stuff to show you before you arrive. Most recently, I opened a new salon and needed a cabinet of some sort. I called Stan, and he told me to meet him the next morning a BWF. He had THE piece for me! It was perfect! It’s a gorgeous armoire, and it is perfect for the salon. Stan always comes through, and you won’t meet a more knowledgeable, interesting, talented (in many ways), reliable, curious, or lovable guy. I bought a Stickley bench a few years back—actually, I mostly furnished my keeping room from BWF/Stan. I love everything he’s ever shown me, and I’d feel confident with any suggestion he makes. He can even work with only a description of where the unknown piece is going any day. He’s a true gem. And BWF has an amazingly diverse selection, so go! Now!

They call me to work on the lights/ chandeliers, some to hang, some to take down. The staff is always friendly. The furniture sets to be of good quality, as I've had to move some to work on lights. Have not purchased any but will consider when time comes for me to purchase new finishings.

Pat Baker was fantastic. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, was patient with me, and aligned the delivery day/time with my work schedule. The warehouse is enormous, clean, well organized, and the prices are reasonable. They have a small parking lot off Richard Arrington, or you can park on the street.

Very large selection and many different styles of furniture and the prices are very reasonable as well. Juhee was very helpful in helping us select the right couch for us. She really did listen to what we wanted and showed us many options. We will be going back to visit Juhee soon to pick out more furniture for our house. We are very pleased with the whole experience and have never had a shopping experience this positive at any other furniture store. Super duper happy with everything!

We recently ordered a Massoud couch from Birmingham Wholesale Furniture and found exactly the fabric and style that we wanted. Cathy Kelly helped us and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and willing to give us all the time we needed to be sure we had exactly what we wanted. We also found 2 rocker gliders in stock there to perfectly coordinate with our couch. We will be return customers when we have a need again!
