Came in to shop at 645pm Saturday June 5th. I picked out several things to try on without a single employee approaching me, let alone giving me a heads up that they were closing! Promptly at exactly 7pm all the lights were turned off & they locked the doors.?!? Since when do you kill the lights & lock customers in without uttering 1 word! I found this to be extremely rude & not what I’m use to from a Gap Inc owned store! Ironically the Gap store in the same shopping center is open to 9pm. Bye

I have bought Athleta clothing for many years by way of a catalog I got in the mail. SO GLAD there is a store here now! Their clothes are excellent and are GUARANTEED. THAT IS EXCELLENT FOR THE CUSTOMER! But, I have never had anything tear up with years of wear!

Friendly staff & always really helpful when trying to find a specific item. Love that they have multi-sport options. I really like this company & how they conduct business. They support having a quality product. If customers respond with concerns they listen. They handle returns well even when activewear has been put to the test. If it doesn't do what they claim or the quality doesn't stand up to what's advertised they honor returns & even notify customers of full refunds on some of their Polartec tights. They responded well to the K Deer tights suspicious design issue (Fall 2015) by quickly pulling their products off the shelf. Dissapointing for a big company to let something like that happen, but @ least they handled it well & quickly.
