Check out lines were long like Wal Mart today. One lady standing at a register but had a sign that said go to another register. Employees looked aggravated. Got the "if we have them, they're over there" answer when I asked about some shoes, then she let me know the shoe department is self serve now. The one way stores can compete with online is to have good customer service. Finally found a checkout and Lana was doing a great job trying to assist everyone! ~Jason

After some initial issues with the manager that didn't want to help me, I was contacted by their main office and was put into contact with a sales lady (Ashley Weatherwax). She took care of everything. She had my beautiful bedroom and dinette set ready when my house was finished. Be sure to see her she knows more than the manager and will actually help you. ~Philip
