customer service is always good at the Gadsden store but I purchased this bed in march , 2 months ago and I been having trouble ever since I got it . it’s literally falling apart from moving my bed around my room and they will not do anything about it .

This would be 5 star review if weren't for the shady location. The staff was great and all worked together to show my family a pleasant experience during the browsing, selecting, and purchasing of our new living room furniture. They answered my questions, offered what they had, and never once tried to "up-sell" or "get more out of us". I respect that from a salesperson. The selection was great, products are quality, prices are fair. Can't beat that.

Do not buy from these lying sales people, they will have the delivery guys delivering half of your furniture and not the entire thing. Ashley is a liar, and Teresa always acting like she is lost! They will tell you anything for a sale, and they always blaming stuff on COVID when they need an Excuse!!!

After some initial issues with the manager that didn't want to help me, I was contacted by their main office and was put into contact with a sales lady (Ashley Weatherwax). She took care of everything. She had my beautiful bedroom and dinette set ready when my house was finished. Be sure to see her she knows more than the manager and will actually help you.

We originally went to the babcock in Oxford Al and had a not so great experience, so instead of going back there, we went to Gadsden. We had an amazing experience with Ashley. She was so helpful and her customer service skills are impeccable. She apologized for our previous experience and turned it around completely. Her knowledge of the products were very impressive and she got us everything we wanted. BIG THANKS TO ASHLEY AT THE GADSDEN STORE! when our furniture was delivered the experience was just as great. They took their time and care with our furniture and made sure it was exactly the way we wanted. GREAT JOB GUYS! I will recommend this store to everyone. It was worth the travel to get the A+ experience.

Staff is awesome despite having a terrible manager. I would give 5 stars if not for the manager. My most recent purchase went very well. Adyson was great!
