Best internet service provider in Gadsden, Alabama (AL) 2024

Comcast is the very worst service provider there is. I have been calling since October of 2021 to get them out to bury our cable underground. The pipe is already there and the cable just needs pulled through so that it is not taped to the side of our building. I have been given multiple dates and times that a technician will be out to fix this problem. No one ever shows up and when you call to talk with a supervisor you are told there are none available. They just so I'm sorry and we just need to set up another appointment for someone to come out. I am now submitting a report to the better business bureau. If you are given a choice go with AT&T or anyone else but Comcast!!!!! ~Janice
