With customer service steadily declining everywhere, I was extremely impressed with my visit today. I was astonished how Caleb, (store manager) was very effective at helping several customers and work on the store Wi-Fi all at the same time. He was very courteous, competent and fast.

Guy we talked to was very helpful. Much better than another place I went to. He was in tune to what I was looking for. Unfortunately Verizon over all could do better on pricing so minus 1 would be more but boaz location sold me a product properly.

These guys go above and beyond to not only answer questions thoroughly and help you understand the services and the products you purchase but they genuinely want to give you the best customer service and they do. I recommend anyone to this location with these gentlemen. I will continue to go to them for any needs I have in the future. Best experience I've had with cellular experiences.

I have had plenty of great experiences going to Verizon I got the service I was looking for Jennifer help me out and explain everything that was included I never once got ripped off or mislead .Jennifer is the best person working there If you want anyone to help you out in get whatever it is that your looking for ask for Jennifier!! .Trust me you won’t regret it whatever questions you have to ask about plans or deals she is your go to she’s the nicest person with a beautiful smile you can just talk to her all day .i promise you won’t be making mistake !!!

I’m not really good with cell phones and all the plans and different options. I went to Boaz location just to ask advice and find out my options. Wasn’t really planning on buying a phone at the time. Spoke with Jenn and she showed me different phones and different plans. The other lady working there Haley was very knowledgeable also. They both worked together and showed me many phones and were very patient with my indecision. After all my choices I ended up buying an iPhone and a new case and screen protector. Great experience and very informative staff.

I wanted to add another line and phone to my plan and their system was not working right. WITHOUT TELLING ME, they put me on a sub account with an unpaid balance on the primary line which I was never informed about, nor did I receive bills or texts alerting me that I had a balance due. After a few months, I got a notice from a collection agency. I had no idea how I had a collection when I clearly still had service. Went to this branch who caused all the problem and was told by both the store manager and service person that it was not their problem and I would have to contact corporate. Made no effort to fix this. I ended up paying a collection agency and having my credit ruined by these jerks. Oh, they also told me they couldn't fix it because it had been done by a previous manager. Not their problem.
