The management at this branch is absolutely outstanding! Jeff has been beyond helpful in so many ways. The staff at this location is professional, prompt, friendly, and they never forget your face or name. I love banking at Wells Fargo in Boaz. Even though they have had to raise their prices by .25 cents on most items they still have many good deals and I save money with them over big box on many items. ~Joy

With customer service steadily declining everywhere, I was extremely impressed with my visit today. I was astonished how Caleb, (store manager) was very effective at helping several customers and work on the store Wi-Fi all at the same time. He was very courteous, competent and fast. ~Dennis
