Converter on vehicle less than two months bad..They try their best not to honor warranties... how can you not find a part by the part number to Check proof of purchase...Customer service is poor in the middle of conversation answer phones and take other people’s orders

Called this morning 930am to order/purchase part. Was put on hold twice and then told they were to busy with morning first run that they don't have time and I would need to continue to hold or call back later. Gotta love when business is so good you don't need any new customers. I guess the "We are Your Dependable Supplier of Hard to Find Parts" doesn't count today...for anyone trying to purchase parts from here...Good luck with that. Be sure to call on Tuesday at 4 in the afternoon when things are slow enough that they can handle a parts request.... at a parts warehouse...

I've been doing business with TPU back when they first started over 40 years ago. Seems like when Joe retired place really went down hill. Ordered parts on Wednesday and here it is Tuesday and no parts. Called in and got put on hold for 10 minutes and finally had to hang up.Nobody seemed to know what the problem was. Sorry to say but there are other places to deal with.
